taehyung yawned as he stumbled behind jeongguk who had a cigarette in his mouth, hands shoved in his pockets and a backpack around his shoulder. the two were now at the family campsite after a rather boring travel there.

the only entertainment taehyung got was on the train when the ticket inspector asked for jeongguk's ticket and the boy pretended to be asleep for almost over an hour. and then tried to smoke a cigarette in the train only to discover his lighter was out of fluid.

now they were following his landlord and his family to the check in point awkwardly. that's how they preferred it anyway as they were too exhausted to talk to anyone.

"good afternoon sir," a man wearing many badges greeted the landlord, "can i take your name so i can take you to your cabin? is this your family?" he asked pointing at the daughter and wife, excluding jeongguk and taehyung.

"they're my sons, adopted brothers from korea," the landlord grumbled as he filled out the form handed to him, "their cabins should be the ones furthest away and they're leaving early because they have uni tomorrow."

"i see, that's fine, i'll guide you right over," the guide smiled and began to walk as he held some leaflets in his hands, "these are some of the activities we are offering if you're interested."

taehyung's eyes lit up as he looked at all the various pictures on the leaflet; campfires, archery, hunting, and some he didn't even know the name of. he had always dreamt of going camping with his family, and that thought made his shoulders drop and discard the paper onto the floor.

jeongguk just scrunched it up and threw it away without even glancing at it. what he did glance at was taehyung's saddened expression which made him wonder what had happened. he didn't bother asking though, just focused on his cigarette which was coming to an end.

"so this is the cabin for you two, you are quite far away from the main site so it'll be harder to reach us for an emergency. these cabins are mainly for people who just do their own activities but you can join us." the guide smiled and took out a key to hand to the two, "there are also cafe's nearby and some restaurants if you get hungry."

"great, you two unpack and erhm..meet us later," the way the man finished his sentence it was clear he did not want to see the two again. which is exactly what they both wanted.

once they had walked away, jeongguk turned to taehyung with a bored expression, "well hurry up and unlock it then, i want to take a nap."

"calm down," taehyung scoffed before walking up the steps to the door. he couldn't help but feel excited as he unlocked it. all though he would've preferred being with his family or some friends, he was still happy to do something fun in his life.

jeongguk walked past him with a loud yawn, dumping his backpack onto the floor before throwing himself onto the bottom bunk. he kicked of his shoes while taehyung neatly put his on by the door.

"wouldn't walk around with no shoes in here, god knows when they last cleaned it," jeongguk muttered and shuffled on the bed so that he was laying on his back and eyes on taehyung. the other paid no attention to him and just walked around the place with a wide smile, "is this your first time camping."

"yeah, shame its only for the night and tomorrow," taehyung sighed, placing his backpack on the top bunk.

as he did so, his top raised a little showing off his thin waist and the slight abs there were forming. jeongguk shamelessly stared and raised an eyebrow wondering if taehyung was purposefully trying to tease him.

"okay well, goodnight, i'm exhausted," jeongguk flipped over so that he was facing the wall. he didn't bother untucking the bed and just decided to pass out as the train ride was long.
