Hook was never a straight-A student or one who would stand out for good behavior at school, everyone knew that, he had the bad habit of skipping classes almost every day, and when he couldn't sneak out he would simply fall asleep during classes.

Bridget was the complete opposite of him, responsible with homework, an honor student, and class vice president.

So, why being so different from one another, they still continued holding hands while running down the hallway.

That same question, along with many others, was on a loop inside the pirate's mind. — What are you doing? Let go of her hand! Stop following her! Do something! — Hook said to himself over and over in his head, but despite his internal screams he couldn't stop running along Bridget, much less let go of her hand.

The pink-haired girl stopped in front of a large wooden door, she let go of Hook's hand so she could knock on the door.
The pirate looked at the palm of his hand with curiosity, it was strange, as if something was missing. It kinda felt like his hand was... incomplete.

The doors opened wide in front of the pirate and the princess, Hook quickly rubbed his hand on his pants to get rid of that strange feeling.

Inside the room, there were large windows that provided a lot of natural light, a gorgeous chandelier hung from the ceiling and at the back of the room there was a stage with a marble railing, an orchestra with musicians ready to start playing there.

— You guys are late, it's quite unusual for you Bridget. — A dark-skinned woman approached Hook and Bridget, she wore a beautiful lilac dress with gold lace and a small gold tiara on her head.
— We are so sorry Your Majesty, it won't happen again. — said Bridget while doing a small bow.

The little princess noticed that Hook only limited himself to crossing his arms in front of the queen of Camelot, Guinevere, King Arthur's wife.
Bridget lightly hit Hook's arm so that he would bow as well.
The pirate only rolled his eyes but complied with the hint that the pink-haired girl had imposed on him.

— James Hook, I think this is the first time I've seen you in one of my classes. But as Merlin always says, "There's a first time for everything." Don't you think? — Guenievre said.
— If you say so, your highness. — the young pirate said doubtfully.

The queen just smiled and guided both of them to the center of the classroom, where more students could be found, Jasmine and Aladdin, Fay and Dopi, Ella with Charming, etc.
— Bridget darling, I assigned Dopi to Fay in your absence, I hope you don't mind. — the queen commented.
— Not at all, Your Majesty, it's fair, if I'm late I'll be left without a partner, it's okay. — Bridget commented with a weak smile.

— Nonsense, darling, you won't be left without a partner. James, you'll dance with Bridget. — the woman answered with great enthusiasm.

Bridget and everyone in the room were perplexed, Hook and her would really be dance partners?
