It's been weeks since karEena were on 'break', and these weeks spent in despair for them, imagine you had almost all of a person but then none of them, you used to share everything or anything, even the comforting silence, you dread to see that person's smile as it always made your day, the memories with them made you smile, but then they seem like, it was ages ago, how you used to be happy together, the same was happening with karEena, all in all they both were battling with the inner emotional turmoil.

In those weeks, everyone in mpt sensed the tension between their seniors, even CC noticed that this tension was kinda different, but only PJ and SS knew about it.
When PJ saw KS's face the very next morning after 'that' night, she immediately knew that something was wrong, she chose not to ask it right away, but when they were in mpt, she noticed that KS's expression was still stoic after looking at HM, she understood that KS'S this condition was somehow related to HM. On the same day after duty hours when the 'saas-bahu' duo reached their house, after having dinner pj made KS sit in her room and directly asked "MS or aapke beech kuch anban hui h na" though ks was denying at first, but PJ being PJ made her spill all the happenings, KS was trying to stay strong on telling everything but when PJ kept her hand on her shoulder, her tears started to came out of her eyes, when she finished PJ made ks laid and kept her head in her lap while stroking her hair gently, she said only one thing to ks 'sab theek ho jaega', actually she didn't know what else she could said, she knew why HM took that decision. Soon KS fell asleep in the same position. Thoughts were running in PJ's mind, though she was still coming to terms with karEena's relationship, but she never wanted to see ks in this miserable state. She only wants ks to be happy, even if ks's happiness is with hm. She also knew that although karEena's relationship was kinda new to her, but their love is real and was also praying to God for their happiness.

As for SS, she had singhaade in breakfast one day, so she also noticed that something was wrong between her seniors. She asked PJ instead of KS or HM coz she knew PJ already knows about karEena's relationship, PJ told her but only after they had a light-hearted argument between them that 'SS betrayed her pushpee' and didn't tell about karEena's secret relationship, but of course PJ knew why she didn't tell her.

After knowing what happened, SS went to KS, she was a little angry at HM too, she said to KS 'pta h km, mujhe kya lgta h jb hum kisi cheez ko ya kisi person ko poore dil se chahtein h to universe ki saari taakat hume usse Mila hi deti h, m b to hamesha se police force join karna chahti thi to dekhiye Aaj m yhn hu, jbki ghar me mujhe bht roka gya tha..... KS smiled her real smile that day for the first time after 'that' day, it was the best thing that she heard in these chaotic days, she just said "hume nhi pta tha tum itni achi baatein b kr leti ho santu", while PJ was also listening to KS and SS conversation from a distance, she said "kitne dino ke sighaando ka asar h ye?" she was shocked to say the least, in reply to PJ, SS just started to count on her fingers.

But the problem is days were turning into weeks, and everyday KS was just waiting for hm to tell her that they don't have to be separate from each other to deal with this situation, that they are in this together, but there was nothing, only if she didn't trust and love HM with all her heart, might she couldn't have wait that much, she just knew, this was not the end of them, 'their boat is not going to drown' like SS said to her, she have to be more strong and can't give up and lose hope, she knew HM hasn't too, but she wanted to heard that from HM herself, even if HM was just taking time, she wanted assurance, that HM is only hers and this is not the end. Also ks didn't know, till 'when' she has to wait? What if ammi made her force to even marry a man? The possibility of every 'what ifs' were running in her head everyday, but only HM could answer these.
