Masquerade

Grace spent some time in Richmond. Again working on her music and self defense. She decided to go to the Masquerade ball, and maybe to get kidnapped. She was a bit bored. With Caroline not speaking to her, life was quiet.

Grace wore a midnight blue mini dress. She had a black mask.

Grace ate a lot of food and dance with a few classmates. She saw that Elena was walking to the parking lot and quickly joined her. "Can I get a ride back to the house?"

Elena politely smiled at her, feeling guilty for Grace being a juice box again and compelled,"Sure, I will let Jeremy know."

She's on the phone with Jeremy,"Yeah Jeremy, I've got my car. I am hoping to drive Grace back too.Tell Bonnie that whatever she did, I'm starting to feel better. Yeah, you can drive her home. I'm just gonna go straight to bed. Okay."

She hangs up. A masked man comes up behind her, covers her mouth and kidnaps her.

In a secluded country area, an SUV is meeting another car. The man gets out of the car and goes over to the man in the SUV. The man in the SUV is wearing a cap and sunglasses.

“Where is she?”

The kidnapper said,“ In the trunk, I did exactly what you said. But she was not alone. There was another girl there.”

"Good, put them in the back."

The man opens the SUV trunk and then goes to his car. He opens the trunk. Elena and Grace is in it, unconscious.  He takes them and puts them in the SUV trunk. Trevor sees her in the rear-view mirror and smiles. After putting the two in the trunk, he joins Trevor.

The man gets closer. Trevor takes him, bites him, drinks his blood and then throws him on the floor and he leaves. The man is dead.

Jeremy is in the bathroom. He knocks on Elena's bedroom door.

"Yo, Elena!"

She doesn't answer so he goes into her room. She's not there. He went to Grace's room, the room was neat so she probably went to school early.

The SUV is parking in the driveway. Trevor is carrying Elena, who is waking up. They are in the house. He puts her on the couch. Her hand and her feet are tied. He removes the ropes.

Grace was also on the couch, just waking up. She realizes that she had been kidnapped and she is not dead yet.
Trevor was vamping and leans down to bite Elena's wound but Rose arrives and she stops him.

"Trevor! Control yourself."

Trevor sighed and said to her while walking out of the room,"Buzzkill."

He leaves the room and Rose is alone with Elena and Grace.

Elena asked in fear,"What do you want with us?"

"Oh my god, you look just like her.Be quiet!"

Elena interrupted her, trying to find out information, "But I'm not Katherine. My name is Elena Gilbert; you don't have to do this."

Elena asked again," What do you want?"
Rose slaps her hard. Elena falls on the couch, unconscious. Grace just sat on the couch indicating with her fingers that she will be keep her mouth locked.

Rose looked at the girl. She was quite a beauty. She seemed like she will not cause trouble.

"I will take you home later. Okay. How did you get involved with her?" Rose pointed at Elena and Grace just giggled.

"She can be annoying. She is my cousin. Her boy toys 'compel' me a lot and I have been used as a juice box."

Rose was intrigued by her and asked,"You know about the supernatural?"

Grace nodded her head,"A little bit. After the second animal attack, one do get suspicious. Please don't tell anyone. I do want a supernatural trauma free life."

Rose nodded and went to find Trevor.

Later Elena accidentally makes one of the boards squeak, while spying on Rose and Trevor. Rose sees her.

"You! There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?"

Elena asked with authority, "Who's Elijah?"

Rose rolled her eyes and just stated,"He's your worst nightmare."

Elena sits on the couch. She finds the handwritten paper Bonnie sent her. It reads: "Stefan and Damon are coming for you two. -B"

Grace acted all confused and asked Elena all kinds of questions about the kidnappers. Elena knew that she would have to compel Grace to forget this day.Grace was glad she had vervain all over her, in her hair pins and shoes and her mascara.

Someone knocks on the door.
