The excitement of the Dutch Grand Prix had settled, leaving behind a sense of calm anticipation for the next phase of the journey. Lando and Cassy were back in their hotel room, taking a moment to enjoy the quiet after the whirlwind of racing, media attention, and personal revelations. As they sat together, a message from Lando's mother popped up on his phone.

"Mom and Dad want to meet us for dinner tomorrow night," Lando said, glancing at Cassy with a mix of excitement and concern. "They're really excited to finally meet you in person."

Cassy felt a flutter of nerves in her stomach. She had spoken to Lando's parents a few times over video calls, but meeting them in person was a different level of intimacy. She wanted to make a good impression, especially now with the news of their pregnancy adding an extra layer of significance to the meeting.

"Do you think they'll like me?" she asked, her voice betraying her anxiety.

Lando smiled and took her hand. "Of course they will. They're going to love you. Just be yourself, and everything will be fine."

Cassy nodded, trying to take comfort in his words. Still, the nerves lingered. She decided to seek some advice on how to handle the upcoming dinner.

---

The next morning, Cassy met up with Alexandra, Kika, and Lily for coffee. They were all thrilled about the pregnancy news and were eager to offer their support.

"So, I'm meeting Lando's parents for the first time in person tonight," Cassy said, stirring her coffee. "I'm really nervous. Do you have any advice?"

Alexandra smiled warmly. "Just be yourself, Cassy. They've already talked to you a few times, so they know you're a wonderful person. But if you're feeling nervous, it's okay to let them know that. It shows that you care."

"Also, don't try too hard to impress them," Kika added. "They're already excited to meet you. Just relax and enjoy the evening."

Lily nodded in agreement. "And remember, they're just people. They love Lando and want him to be happy. Seeing how happy you make him will be enough for them."

Cassy felt a bit more reassured by their words. She knew they were right, but the nerves still lingered. She spent the rest of the day trying to focus on her work and keep her mind off the dinner.

---

As the evening approached, Cassy stood in front of the mirror, carefully selecting an outfit. She wanted to look nice but not overly formal. She finally settled on a simple yet elegant dress that she felt comfortable in.

Lando walked into the room, already dressed and ready to go. He smiled when he saw her. "You look beautiful, Cass."

"Thank you," she said, taking a deep breath. "I just hope everything goes well."

"It will," Lando assured her, giving her a reassuring kiss on the forehead. "My parents are going to love you."

With one last glance in the mirror, Cassy took Lando's hand, and they headed out to the restaurant.

---

The restaurant was a cozy, upscale place that Lando's parents had chosen for the occasion. As they walked in, Cassy spotted his parents at a table near the window. They stood up and waved, smiling warmly.

"Lando! Cassy! It's so good to see you!" Lando's mother, Cisca, greeted them with open arms. She hugged Lando tightly and then turned to Cassy, embracing her with equal warmth. "Cassy, it's wonderful to finally meet you in person."

Cassy smiled, feeling a bit of the tension melt away. "It's great to meet you too, Cisca."

Lando's father, Adam, extended his hand to Cassy. "We've heard so much about you. It's great to finally put a face to the name."
