Meet The Colilition

Mara P.O.V

        I relaxed in the back of the carriage with Natsu's head on my lap as Gray, Erza and Lucy sat around me.

"I know I said this before but I really got a bad feeling about this mission.. And why am I here? I'm not all that strong, it's not like I'm gonna be able to help you guys anyways!" Lucy rambled with a sense of dread. I scoffed, waving off her pessimism.

"Look, this ain't no picnic for me either so quit pouting, would ya?" Gray threw at her. She pouted and looked away from him.

"Lucy, you gotta stop underestimating yourself. " I mumbled. Everyone gave a dissatisfied look to each other as we continued on the journey.

"We're here for one reason and that's because Master put his faith in us so let's not disappoint him."

"I know, you're right. But Gajeel and Juvia are better fighters." She defends back, putting more faith in them than in herself.

"They can't go 'cause Master sent them on another mission."

"It just seems we're always picked for this stuff." She pouts back.

"You should consider it an honor and today will be our first joint operation with the other allied guilds. It's important we all focus our energy to build a positive repar." Erza tries to get her to hold herself up, as if unaware of the state Natsu was in.

"There it is, the rendezvous spot!" Happy calls back joyfully. I huff out, throwing Natsu over my shoulder as the carriage came to a stop. I hopped out the back after some of the others made our way inside. I placed Natsu down as we started to open the door, him trying to get grounded again from the previous ride.

"Greaat, another creepy old mansion." I shrugged, not finding it all so bad.

"It's the second home of Blue Pegasus Master, Bob." I thought back to the theater and shuddered at the thought of that place but remembered said person. He was.. a lively soul, to say the least.

"Oh, him. He makes me feel funny." Gray cringes as I raised a brow in humor.

"Gray be nice. Master Bob may be a little eccentric, but he does deserve our utmost respect." Erza warned.

"Yeah, eccentric." Lucy mumbled. I shook my head at the playful manner of the others before noticing something.

"Yes! They're here at last." A voice suddenly celebrated along with some others.

"At last. Hey hey hey, hello(hello), Fairy(Fairy) Tail(Tail) Wizards!" I stared impassively at the Wizards that suddenly make an overzealous appeared. I coughed boredly at them as there was a slight pause in their greetings.

"We're so glad you came. We are-"

"-The blue Pegasus-'

"-Elite crew.-"

"-The Trians.-"

"Hun-" Nope not doing this. I grimaced out, wanting this to be over before it even started. What is wrong with them? Are they normally this annoying or just their introductions? And why are they acting like a bunch of pretty boys?! I turned my attention to Lucy who started fangirling over the ones before us before gagging while looking to the other side. Erza snickered quietly before my attention was drawn to Gray. While Natsu was slumped against the wall. Maybe if you weren't so mean earlier.. You wouldn't have had to endue most of the trip in complete misery.. I pointed up nose in a pout.

"Would you look at those guys?! I'm seriously underdressed." Gray comments as he looks down at his own appearance.

"And they are not on the list." Lucy sighed to herself. I glanced at Erza as she suddenly got tense.
