37. FEELINGS.

Camilla.

I returned to New York that evening itself and it's been a week since I left Greece in Axel's private jet. Axel was kind enough to offer me the jet as he knew I couldn't face Leander after our fight.

I directly went to Leander's penthouse and packed my things and moved back to my home.

Destiny questioned me what happened but I couldn't disclose anything to her. My mental health was taking a toll on me. I am having night mares more often especially this last week. Destiny suggested that I meet my psychologist again. So I booked an appointment with her today.

Leander hasn't contacted me but Sapphire has been keeping tabs on me. Arianna tried to contact me asking me why I left Greece abruptly. I convinced her that my sister needed me so left Greece without informing them.

I was currently with my psychologist who analysising my test results.

She sighed as she put down her glasses and stared at me.

" Camilla, I am sorry to say it. But your condition is getting worse." She said as she closed her hands together.

" Your dopamine levels are high at this particular level. The hallucinations and sleep deprivation you mentioned is because of your condition worsening. Also you missed the last two monthly appointment." She sighs as she continues. " Camilla I have known you for more than eight years now. What's happening? Tell me then only I can help you now otherwise your condition will worsen. "

I sighed deeply as I forced a smile on my face.

" I am completely fine, Dr. Sandra."

She scoffed. " Now you are lying to me. If you don't want medical help then be it in your way. But since I am doctor I can't leave you like this. Please try to understand Camilla , you are mentally unstable. You may not agree but you have to accept the reality Camilla. It's an incurable condition only with therapy and medicine we can control it to certain extent but only with the consent of the patient."

The same things she has been explaining for the past eight years. I know that I am mentally unstable, but she doesn't have to slap it in my face.

I exited her office as I couldn't hear one more word from her because it's the same she is repeating and I was getting bored of her.

Ever since I left Lean's penthouse, my condition relapsed. With him I felt normal, perfectly alright. But for the last week I have been having hallucinations and the voices keep chanting in my head. My sleep cycle also worsened.

I reached my home and went inside and I noticed Destiny has already arrived and was preparing dinner.

" Hey how was your appointment with Dr. Sandra.?" She asks as she stirs the pot.

" Nothing, just the usual." I said as I take a seat on one of the chairs.

She eyes me curiously and sighs. "Camilla I didn't question you when you came back from Leander's house before the contract period. But you skipping the doctor's appointment is something that concerns me. Do not neglect your health." She said as she took a seat beside and held my hand.

" What's happening, Cami, I am worried about you. I can't see you like this, I almost lost you last time. " She said as sadness was reflecting her eyes.

" I am fine Tiny. I really am." I assured her.

" You are not Cami, you are having nightmares and you zone off at odd times. I can't see you like this. You missed the last two appointments and you are neglecting your health for what? That guy who doesn't even consider your feelings." She snapped as tears leaked my eyes.
