Louis wakes up sweating, but so comfortable, he really loves laying so close to Harry, smelling his scent and feeling his warmth.

Harry is lying looking at his phone, and with one hand rubbing the boy's hair lightly. It's so soothing Louis almost purrs, which makes Harry look at him.

"Look who's awake!" He exclaims, happy to see his boy.

"Meeee!" Louis exclaims, getting all bubbly when seeing Harry. He just knows it's going to be a good day!

"It is my good boy! Did you sleep well, honey?" Harry mumbles, trying to squish Louis closer to him, he feels so close to him.

"I sleeped good," He mumbles. Louis doesn't ever want to move from here, but his little tummy is all rumbly. He can feel his throat itching for something, but he isn't sure what, he can feel a sort of scratchiness and longing. In his headspace, he doesn't know what that means.

If he was in his adult headspace he would instantly pull out his cigarettes and light one, no matter where they were. This longing would make him so anxious he could barely stand still. Feel his head losing control over his actions. All he would think was nicotine.

Little Louis barely remembers or understands that though. He doesn't understand, and he wants it to stop, it's just so uncomfortable.

He tries to hold his breath or fake cough, but it doesn't work. The feeling stays.

"What's up, baby? Are you getting sick?" Harry says, worriedly, he can hear the many times the boy tries to cough, or does cough. But he can't put a finger on why he is doing it unless he is sick.

"Mmm. Throat itchy!" Is all Louis can say, he can't explain it. It just itches!

Harry knows what this means, he has had Louis explain it before, the feeling of his throat itching because he is so in need of a cigarette, the sense of his throat and chest burning. He knows he can't let little Louis know this, he would try to do it, and that could end badly. He just has to figure out ways to help him.

Harry doesn't want Louis to feel like this, he wants to make it all better. But how? He has no idea. Maybe a drink or some food can help, he thinks. Maybe he can distract him enough that he won't notice, so many maybes. He just doesn't know what could work.

"Do you want a little morning snack, hun?" Harry says, ignoring the little coughs that slip from the boy.

Louis just nods, his hands starting to lightly touch his chest, he can feel something is off, he can feel his chest messing up, and he feels a little lightheaded.

He wants food though, it would help his rumbly tummy, and maybe that could help with his throat too.

"Let us get up then, bub," Harry says while motioning for Louis to slip out of the bunk, he would carry him out but it seems impossible with how small the corridor between the bunks is. They can barely pass each other without getting squished together, so it's very narrow.

Louis tumbles out, giggling a bit as his padded bum hits the ground. It didn't hurt, but the sudden turn made his head even more cloudy and dizzy. He can't help it when a few tears spring from his eyes. What is this feeling? It is making it oh so hard for him to control his eyes and arms. So when he tries to reach up for Harry, he can't help but bump into him. He is just so dizzy.

"Oh, baby, did we get a little dizzy?" Harry says, swiftly bending down and picking up the boy.

Harry knows that not smoking has made him more dizzy, and add to that, that he barely eats any nutritional food, it is no shocker he is feeling like this.
