CHAPTER 22: MARGOT'S HOUSE

Someone's POV

When Elona heard the alarm, she spent all of that time covering her ears. It took about almost 30 minutes for the alarm to stop. Elona saw the castle turn red, full of flashing lights, it was bloody.

Elona was curious about the red lights in the castle so she went there, she gave up knocking at Margot's door because Margot wasn't opening the door. The people were so mad about the alarm and they were yelling. Elona was wearing white, a bright color, she was a highlight in the crowd of angry people.

Elona saw that there were guards at the castle's entrance, and they looked overprotective, Elona went near the guards and asked one of them what was going on, the guard she first asked did not respond to her question, and then she asked another guard, but it did not respond too, none of the guards responded to Elona for her question. The guards were so annoyed about the repeating question Elona was asking, so they yelled at Elona to step away from the castle, Elona rolled her eyes at the guards and looked away, she didn't go away, but she waited for someone to go exit the castle's entrance, she spent time sitting at the tree a meters away from the entrance, the guard didn't mind her, Elona keep on rolling her eyes at the guards and kept on saying "Rude" to them.

Elona looked on the other side of the castle, she saw Vardona out of nowhere but she suddenly appeared at the walls, in the area with no entrance or anything, but full of tall grass (Of course it was Margot using Vardona's body for shape-shifting), Elona didn't know that Vardona was the head so she didn't mind who was that mysterious woman.

When Elona sees Vardona, she sees a big item covered in silk carried by the so-called mysterious woman, she becomes suspicious about the woman she sees and decides to follow it, secretly. She kept on following the woman, she was curious about what was going on, and why the woman looked suspicious, and had a different type of aura, there was something about it.

Elona was almost caught by that so-called mysterious woman she saw, but luckily she hid herself in the wooden cart full of hay before the woman looked at her back.

In that area, there were no people, it was empty, the people must be somewhere far from this area. Elona was confused, this was the way she was a while ago.

Then the so-called mysterious woman suddenly acts pretty odd and a cape covers her entire body, Elona believes that she is a magic user, and with just a blink of an eye, the woman changes instantly.

Elona's eyes widened as she saw the woman enter Margot's House.

"Is that, Margot??" Elona was thinking. Elona wants to know what's going on why Margot is in the castle, and what's inside the silk Margot is carrying. She was thinking about a way how enter Margot's house without getting caught, the house had no windows or anything that she could see the inside of, although the house looked old and small, the inside was too big and could be expanded, there were too many rooms, it was based on Elona's past experiences when she first came to Margot.

It was dawn time, the people usually woke at this time, but because they were disturbed earlier, they were still sleeping, so the whole village was very quiet in the morning. Elona still figuring out the plan to know what she was curious about, went near Margot's house and hid herself, waiting for possibilities, she thought of what if Margot came outside of her house and she thought of destroying her door to get in, but Margot was a magic user so the door might have an alarm, and Margot would kill her for ruining her door.

She kept on thinking about all of the possibilities.

After a while, A woman like what she saw earlier in the castle came near her way, Elona was confused as to why there were two of them, Were they cloned? or twins, Elona peed at her.

Elona saw the real Vardona, and she looked focused, she didn't know that the first one she saw was a shapeshifter. Vardona was looking at the ground all the time.

It's like the time went from the past again, the real Vardona goes to Margot's doorstep, and Elona sees the scene two times.

Vardona absorbed the air and looks like she is collecting them in her hands, you can see that the air was visible, the hands of Vardona were like a black hole absorbing and sucking the air. Then she blasted Margot's door using the air she absorbed, it was impossible that the door was the only thing that was destroyed by that magic even though that air force magic blasted the whole house, Elona saw how incredible the magic was, and she already knows it was a strong one, maybe a Higher-rank one (Vardona was only Middle-rank one, but her skills were beyond compare to the other Middle-rank one, she should proceed to the next rank).

Vardona entered Margot's house and looks like a bloody fight would happen, Elona didn't think of that possibility, and she didn't expect someone will raid Margot's house.

Elona had the chance to enter Margot's house to find out what was going on, and what was with the woman that blasted her door.

After a minute, Elona entered Margot's door. When she was inside, there was no one, and it was very quiet, it was dark and the room was empty, there were lots of doors in the four corners of the room, and all of them were made of wood. She did not remember that this was the first floor she had seen when she first got here, maybe Margot's house was randomly changing, and the rooms were shuffling, or this house was controlled by magic, but it wasn't a surprise because Margot was a magic user.

The empty room she was in suddenly filled with lights, but there were no light bulbs or anything, where was the source of this light?

One of the doors inside of these four corners turned into gold, and one turned emerald, then ruby, then sapphire, Elona crept out about the noise it made when the door changed, it was an old bell, but sounds broken.

The main door suddenly came back to its place and shut, HOW? It was blasted by that woman a while ago, it repaired on its own, and it was a fine wood earlier, but now it was made of metal.

This house is magic and weird.

Elona chose a door for which she would enter, but she needed to stay away from Margot and hide when Margot was near, she was unwanted there, and Margot didn't know that Elona was in her house.

Elona chose the door covered with gold, and it wasn't locked, she entered, then she was shocked to see what was inside the gold door...
