Third Person POV

"I'm talking to you, Jeongguk! What were you thinking?" Yoongi asks once again to Jeongguk who's just sitting there, biting on the nail of his thumb.

"I thought we agreed that you would stay away from him. It didn't involve you running after him when he clearly didn't want to talk!" Yoongi looks at him again, tries to get something out of him but he's only met with silence.

"That too to the point where he had to call me to tell you to fucking stop bothering him." Yoongi utters.

"For fuck's sake, Jeon Jeongguk! Answer me. Why didn't you just let him leave?!" Yoongi exclaims.

"I couldn't, okay!" Jeongguk yells.

I couldn't just let him go when I saw him after so many days and when the last memory I had of him was him in tears and I just---wanted to see him for longer than the time it took for him to cross me so I went after him." Jeongguk sighs.

"But that's what you wanted. Not him. You need to respect what he wants." Yoongi says.

"I know he doesn't want to see me but I fucking lost it that moment and I just---I wanted to help take the groceries back to his shop. I just wanted to help." Jeongguk mumbles.

"Taehyung isn't a kid and definitely wasn't doing groceries for the first time. All you had to do was to stay inside or just not approach him. It hasn't even been a week, for fuck's sake." Yoongi says and Jeongguk leans back on the couch with a groan.

"It's torture, okay! Every fucking day is. I know I shouldn't have gone to him and I'm well aware I completely ruined it all because he was crying again but I---it just simply comes back to one simple reason that I'm so fucking selfish because I wanted to see him." Jeongguk sighs.

"I know you want to see him but it needs time. You both need time away because right now, seeing your face doesn't do him any good even if you want to see him every second." Yoongi explains.

"I know---".

"Give it time and then give it effort. The last thing you need to be is selfish. It's high time you start thinking not what you want but what he wants." Yoongi says.

"I know." Jeongguk mumbles, closes his eyes for a moment.

"Now that we agree on you not acting like a selfish, impulsive jerk, we shall make sure you actually keep it that way." Yoongi says and Jeongguk scoffs but says nothing.

"Had I said that a few months ago, you would curse the shit out of me but look here, you're actually admitting it." Yoongi chuckles and Jeongguk glares at him.

"Fuck off, hyung." Jeongguk utters.

"Still a disrespectful asshole." Yoongi sighs. "But it's fine."

"You don't have to baby me---".

"Just admit that you're okay with it. No need to act all macho and appear as if nothing hurts you because I know for the fact it does." Yoongi says. Jeongguk stays quiet.

"It's alright that you've admitted it's torture staying away from him. We just need to see how long it stays, for how long it matters." Yoongi says.

"You think it's temporary? That I'll move on after a few days? Find someone else to feed on?" Jeongguk asks, frowning.

"I don't know." Yoongi shrugs. "Will you? You do get bored easily, no?"

"Hyung?" Jeongguk looks at Yoongi as of betrayed.
