Chapter 56: Pulchritudinous

Third Person POV

"I don't think I should be telling the owner of the shop to hurry the fuck up!" 

Taehyung makes a face at Yoongi's words, sipping on his milkshake with he same speed as he was before so he could enjoy his breakfast before the event begins.

"You're going to begin the inauguration by being late?" Yoongi leans against the counter ad Taehyung slowly swivels his chair away so he doesn't have to face him.

"Kim Taehyung!" Yoongi exclaims and Taehyung huffs, setting the milkshake away and faces him with a glare on his face.

"I woke up early! I am on time. I know what I'm doing!" Taehyung almost yells and Yoongi raises his eyebrow at him.

"You lost a deal a few months ago because you were late." Yoongi says as a matter of fact and Taehyung's face gets even more comical than before.

"I slept through my alarm." Taehyung counters and then huffs. "And besides, the guy was an asshole. Like hell I'd make a deal with someone like him." 

"Well, you don't fucking want to lose this one as well! You're the main collaborator, Taehyung!" Yoongi is about to dunk the whole drink on him.

Taehyung scoffs. "Oh please. This was my plan and the event won't be happening without me." 

"Then get your ass up so we can fucking go there!" Yoongi groans.

"Chill, hyung. It's already so hot outside, don't add to the temperature." Taehyung rolls his eyes.

"Soobin and Yeonjun are skipping their university only for this event and they're waiting at the hotel already." Yoongi states and Taehyung makes an angry face.

"I'm still mad at them." Taehyung huffs.

"You can't be serious! It's been months already." Yoongi is positive he's already losing his hair.

"Doesn't change the fact that they left me!" Taehyung exclaims.

"Theh still do part-time in the evening!" Yoongi yells back.

"It's not the same!" Taehyung pouts. 

"Weren't you the one who threw them a party for getting accepted in the university back in January?" Yoongi folds his arms on his chest.

"I'm still mad at them." Taehyung huffs.

"Whatever. I don't fucking care what dramatics you're on right now. We're going to be late." Yoongi says and Taehyung groans, getting up and rounding the corner so they can leave.

"Yes, thank you." Yoongi sighs.

"It's tough being such an amazing boss." Taehyung clicks his tongue and Yoongi only shakes his head at his theatrics.

July heat is brutal for Taehyung. Any heat is brutal for him. His body always gets hot and stuffy even in fit clothes, this is July weather we're talking about.

Taehyung is now a second partner in Eco-Friend company's project to build greenhouses in as much areas as possible. It's an old and very famous company that Taehyung has always been aware of but never got the chance to send them an offer until now.

His shop got chosen for the project and it was an honor to be a part of it for him where he was genuinely given respect and support to do something with what he's good at.

So, he's now collaborating with the company and will be given a new team. Together, they'll work on taking care of various greenhouses across the city.
