Holding On to You ||| Hwang Hyunjin

Ch. 9

As soon as we got in, we eventually spotted Hyunjins friends and went up to greet them.

"Hey man", Minho said fist bumping Hyunjin as he greeted back.

Then Minho turned to me and started whistling while checking me out.

"Damn girl, if you weren't Hyunjins I'll definitely hit you up."

"Hello to you too", I replied to him giggling, while Hyunjin was clenching his jaw and held me closer.

"Let's go greet the others", he mumbled, leading me to the other guys, while Minho winked at me.

"Hey riri! You look beautiful ", Felix said hugging me.

"Hey lix, thank you",  I hugged him back smiling, and greeted the others too, as they complimented me as well.

Then they started chatting, when a blonde girl suddenly came and greeted them, and they looked like they knew her, cause they greeted her back.

And the craziest thing was when she greeted all of them, she just shook hands, but when she spotted Hyunjin, she hugged him, which made me confused.

But I just let it go, cause probably they were close or something.

Then she started chatting with him as if I were invisible.

I turned to look at the guys and saw them with the same confusion.

Then I  just excused myself to go look for Yeji, surprisingly Hyunjin let me, since he was busy chatting with the blonde.

I rolled my eyes and left looking for my best friend.

As I spotted Yeji, I saw her flirting with a guy and didn't wanna interrupt her moment, so I just found a nearby bar, and sat down.

"Hello there miss, would you like a drink?", the cute bartender asked.

"Just water please", I replied smiling as he nodded his head in response, and poured water on my cup as I thanked him.

And as I was drinking, I turned to look at the guys and spotted girl giggling and smiling with Hyunjin.

And that asshole was smiling back.

He didn't even dare to tell her about our relationship, even if it were fake.

I couldn't take anymore and turned to the bartender and ordered tequila.

As he gave it to me, I shoved it down in one swift.

"Whoa there, calm down", the bartender said worriedly.

"Uhhh whats you're name cute guy?", I asked, trying to forget what was happening in the background.

"Uhh hehe it's sunghoon", he replied scratching his neck, as he blushed.

"Hmmm..sunghoon what a pretty name", I said smiling.

"T-thanks...say..are you..? Perhaps..single?", he asked nervously,

and as I was about to say yes someone, who I didn't want hear interrupted.

"No. She's not.", I just rolled my eyes and got up.

"Excuse me, I need to use the restroom", I said softly, while just looking at Sunghoon and not even daring to look at Hyunjin.

Then I hurried towards the bathroom, but as I was about to close the door and lock it, the asshole came in quickly and locked it himself as he blocked the door.

"What the fuck do you want Hwang? Move.", I looked at him only to see one of his top buttons  and his tie were undone, causing me to scoff and roll my eyes.

"Seems like you had fun huh" , I said.

"What do you mean?"

"Really? Acting dumb now are we"

Then he realized what I was talking about and sighed closing his eyes for a moment then looked at me.

"Look. She's didn't do anything, and I already told her that I'm dating someone else", he said

"You really think I'd believe you? And why didn't you introduce me in the first place, also what's with the undone tie?"

"I wanted to introduce you but I saw you leaving, and I always undo my tie when I get tired or exhausted...that girl talks a lot"

Tell me about it.

I sighed and just looked at him with a waiting expression.

"What?", he asked confused.

"Can you go out now? I need to pee"

"Oh uh yeah sure", he said quickly, blushing as he walked out.
