Lilith young looks up from where she's siting between her mom Annie's legs. Annie runs her fingers through Lilith's hair in a alomst comforting way but it wasn't Lillith knew it wasn't. It was a silent warning ' do not embarass me Infront of everyone ' Lilith tensed her whole body squeezing together her thighs touched she stopped picking at the lose skin around her nails as her mum did it again a second warning ' young lady do not embarass me ' Lillith could almost hear her mum's voice in her head. She nods. she knew her mum didn't exactly like her I mean who could? She was messy always leaving her clothes on the floor and never picking them up. She didn't like to stay inside. Their house was big not like elephant big no way more like lion big or giraffe wait is a giraffe bigger then a elephant? Anyways what she was Trying to say is that her house was pretty big to a 9 year old. She knew she had a pretty good life. They never had money problems and she was pretty smart for her age it's just she wished her houses was more .. homey? Like her friend Rachel's house was homey it had pictures of her family all over the walls she was aloud to hug her mother but Lillith wasn't she never hugged Annie atleast not that she could remember anyways maybe when she was a baby cause baby's had to be near there mum oh and dad but Lillith couldn't remember her dad that much she remembers his arms she could faintly picture the tattoos of her name Lill's that what he would call her no one else called her that. it was her special name Lillith liked it that way she wished she could remember him just a little atleast. His face would be nice to remember maybe he would look like her with a little tiny bit of her brother Jasper but mostly her! That was what's on the other arm of his arm Jasper. As much as Lilith didn't want to admit but she was jealousy of Jasper he was 13 when their dad left why Lilith was only 5. That means he could remember him more like what he looks like and his name. She wished she could just walk up stairs to Jasper's bedroom and ask him even though he would probably just yell at her to leave as he played on his stupid gaming set.
But that wasn't how it is anymore instead up her usual morning waking up in her cold white bedsheets and jumping out of her bed, the smell of eggs bursting her energy higher her sleepnis now gone as she quickens her steps only for her mother to scold her " Lillith stop running in the house young lady it's not appropriate" Annie points at her as she speaks her tone strict and no room for any arguing. Lilith stops in her step realising how stupid that was she bites her tounge and nodds something she finds herself doing alot. She sits herself next to Jasper as he eats with one hand and scrolls on his phone with the other. " Jasper sweetie no phones at the table remember? " Her mother says her voice tinged with sweetness but still strict and stern Jasper cokes on a bite of eggs at the sudden voice siting up straighter " right sorry mum " he says scratching his neck a habit both him and his sister have.
They all eat in silence they only sound herd is forks clattering with the plates Annie looks at her daughter up and down " you look absurd have you brushed your hair? " She's says mild. Lillith looks up eyes wide as she swallows her bite of food trying not to sound rude or sassy as her mum always told her she sounds " no- I mean no not yet " she stutters as Jasper looked between them uninterested. Annie looks from her to her food taking a bite as Lilith stares tensely at her wondering what her mum's gonna say.

" Well then you should go do that shouldn't you? " She speaks calmly
Huh? Lilith's eyes widen even more she .. didn't tell that's werid but seeing her mum eyes a warming in them ' go now ' she stands up quickly " yes- yes I should " she picks her small body up about to walk away but her mum grabs her arm harshly.
Lilith tenses oh no what did she do now
" Dishes Lilith put your dishes in the dishwasher" her mum speaks her voice tinged with a false sweetness Lilith winces how could she forgot? She walks keeping her pace not slow but not to fast so her mum doesn't get mad. Her head barley goes over the kitchen sink as she trys and reaches for the tap her little body stranning to reach the tap to rinse of her plate. She grunts Leting a annoyed sigh out a piece of her blonde short hair blowing to the side " c'mon stupid sink stupid little body " she mutters going on her tippy toes to reach the tap but right before she could reach it Jasper walked behind her turning the tap on dumping his dishes into the sink. She huffs a breath out why would he tease her like that? She expected him to turn the tap of but he grabbed her plate without a word rinsing it off and placing it in the dishwasher. Lilith follows his movements her lips parting she huffs out another breath thanking him " thank you " she whispers crossing her arms. He nodds slienty walking away without a word. She stands there for a movement before realising '' you should go do that then shouldn't you '' she moves quickly to her room.
Lillith jumps in shock at the hand grabing her shoulder tigthly getting over her shock she looks around realising where she is ... At the camp just on the edge of the city after the whole end of the world thing her mum Jasper and her ran. They got stuck on the road with heaps of other cars she remberd that day so vividly hugging her stuff bunny close to her as she sat on the edge of her boot with Jasper her had his arm around her small waist in a comforting way. Her mum was talking to two nice lady's who's she learned the names of Lori and carol. Lori has sweet boy named Carl he and Sophia Carols kid was about her age they were playing cards she watched them sadly she wanted to join but she was to scared to ask anyways her mum probably didn't even want her to. Lori was with a dude named Shane he had a really big nose and carol was with a man named ed he was just ugly in Lilith opinions not that she voiced that opinion. And that was how she and her family ended up with the group near to city meeting them might of been the best thing to ever happen to her.
After the bombing Lori and Shane mostly Lori invited carol and Ed and their daughter Sophia and Lillith and her family to join them on the run. My mum hestintly said yes knowing she needs help in survival. We also met a few people on the way Glenn a Korean sweet guy Lilith liked him. A old guy Dale who always looked grumpy and weared a hat he was okay. T- dog who was friends with Glenn before the walkers he was cool. Andrea she was a little annoying but nice. Morales and his wife and two kids they were nice but often distant from the group Lilith kinda forgot all their names. Dayrl and his older brother merle Lillith hated merle and was kinda scared of him she didn't mind dayrl as he was always in the woods hunting for food. And that's about all the people they met thank god Lilith was getting overwhelmed she wasn't used to this new world it was all to much for her sometimes she'd close her eyes and pray to God that all the monsters would just poof away she knew this wasn't gonna happen but she still prayed every night her faith for god slowly drifting away beside her better judgement.
