O L I V I A
After several weeks of anticipation, Ace and I are finally out apartment hunting together. We're both excited about the idea of moving in, and today we're touring a few places we've been eyeing.
The first apartment is a bright, airy and charming place with large windows letting in plenty of natural light and an open layout that feels so welcoming. As we walk through the rooms, Ace glances around, then gives me a cheeky grin.
"So, what do you think? Do you think this place will be big enough for all your art supplies and my vintage record collection? And maybe some space for us to, you know, have a bit of fun?"
I raise an eyebrow, a smirk playing on my lips.
"I think we'll manage. Besides, you know how much I love decorating, so I can make any space work,"
He chuckles, leaning in closer.
"Good, because I was hoping there'd be room for more than just your art and my records," he declares and I nudge him playfully.
"You'll definitely get a spot—probably right next to your records. Or, you know, on the couch if you're lucky,"
Ace laughs, wrapping an arm around my shoulders as we continue our tour.
"If I'm on the couch, at least I'll have a great view of your art and, well, you," he asserts, kissing the top of my head and I playfully roll my eyes.
When we step out onto the balcony, the view of the city is stunning. I lean against the railing, letting the cool breeze wash over me, and sigh contentedly.
"I think this is my favorite spot. It's so peaceful out here," I admit, and Ace stands beside me, gently running his fingers along my back.
"I agree. I'm already picturing us out here, having a romantic dinner...followed by a more hands-on experience inside," he says, grinning. "Just imagine it—us breaking in the bedroom after a long day. I'm thinking of some very...interesting ways to make that space work. Maybe we'll have to christen every inch of this place,"
I blush at his comment, feeling a flutter between my thighs, and try to stay focused on the apartment.
"Alright," I say, giving him a playful shove. "Let's check out the next one before you get any more...ideas,"
Ace chuckles, his smile warm and affectionate.
"Okay, but I'm definitely marking this balcony as a favorite spot. It's got great potential," he states and we share a laugh as we head inside to see the next apartment.
As we finish the tour, Ace takes my hand, our fingers entwining in a perfectly comfortable fit. We stroll back to his car, the excitement of the day making me feel giddy and happy.
