The apartment had finally settled into a quiet hum after the souffle incident, with everyone sprawled out on various pieces of furniture, exhaustion lining their faces. The kitchen, though still slightly sticky from the dessert fiasco, had been somewhat restored to order. But the calm was deceptive—everyone knew it was only a matter of time before the next round of chaos hit.
Y/n was lying on the couch, a cold compress over her eyes as she tried to fend off a headache. "I swear, if one more enchanted object, magical creature, or uninvited Disney character shows up, I'm going to lose it."
"We all are," Namjoon agreed, flipping through a book on the coffee table. "But we can't just sit around waiting for disaster to strike. We need a plan."
"I'm all for a plan," Taehyung mumbled from his spot on the floor, where he was half-heartedly doodling on a piece of paper. "As long as it involves getting rid of that cursed TV once and for all."
"Maybe we can, I don't know, unplug it?" Hoseok suggested, though his tone indicated he wasn't too convinced.
Jungkook, who had been staring intently at the television as if expecting it to burst into flames, shook his head. "We tried that, remember? It just plugged itself back in. I even unplugged it from the wall, and the next thing I knew, it was back in place like nothing happened."
"It's like it has a mind of its own," Jin said, leaning back in his chair and staring at the ceiling. "An evil, twisted mind that enjoys tormenting us."
Yoongi, who had been dozing in an armchair, stirred slightly. "Why don't we just smash it? Grab a hammer, give it a few good whacks, and call it a day?"
Y/n lifted the compress off her eyes and sat up. "As satisfying as that sounds, I have a feeling it wouldn't work. You all cannot return. Besides, what if smashing it just makes things worse? What if the characters start coming out in droves?"
The group fell silent, the image of dozens of Disney villains crawling out of a broken TV screen clearly playing out in everyone's mind.
"Okay, new idea," Jungkook said, rubbing his temples. "We could... try reasoning with it? Maybe there's some kind of spirit or force inside the TV that we can talk to?"
Hoseok raised an eyebrow. "You want to have a conversation with a TV? That's a new one."
"Well, I mean, it's worth a shot, right? We've already seen crazier things," Jungkook said defensively.
As if on cue, the TV flickered to life, the screen glowing ominously. Everyone froze, their eyes glued to the screen, waiting for whatever fresh chaos was about to emerge.
"Here we go again," Y/n muttered, bracing herself.
The TV crackled, the image on the screen flickering between static and what looked like a dark, stormy landscape. Lightning flashed across the screen, revealing a tall, shadowy figure draped in a long, flowing robe. The figure turned slowly, its face hidden beneath a hood.
"Great," Jin sighed. "A hooded figure. That's never a good sign."
The figure on the screen stepped forward, its face still obscured, but its voice, deep and resonant, filled the room. "You dare to tamper with forces beyond your understanding? You think you can escape my wrath?"
"Who's this supposed to be?" Taehyung asked, squinting at the screen. "Another villain? Haven't we had enough of those?"
The figure threw back its hood, revealing a pale, sinister face with sharp features and eyes that glowed an unnatural green. The group collectively gasped.
"That's... that's Jafar!" Jin exclaimed, recognizing the evil sorcerer from Aladdin.
Jafar smirked, clearly pleased with their recognition. "Indeed, mortals. You are now at the mercy of the most powerful sorcerer in all the lands! And soon, you shall bow before me!"
