Standing in the Hall of Mirrors, the Devil Fruit user gives the group a heads up that something weird might happen to her, but to not worry about it. The four exchange a glance, unsure of how to take in the information.

"What exactly do you mean by "weird"?"

The woman doesn't answer Yuu's question, instead pushing the boys through the mirror decorated with cards,

"Ehhh, youll just have to see."

In daylight, the colors of Heartslabyul shine a lot more brighter than when Y/n had been here the first time. Yuuken and Grim take a moment to admire the place, this is their first time here after all.

"Dang, this place is swank! This is nothing like our dumpster of a dorm."

"Grim! Our dorm is a work in progress! But yeah, it is a dump right now."

The Prefect shakes his head at Grim and Y/n. They aren't wrong, but still,

"Comparison will only make you more miserable.",

Looking at the woman, it actually takes him a moment to fully process what he's looking at.

"... so that's what you meant by weird..."

Ace, Deuce and Grim see his expression switch between confusion and bafflement. Following to see what's wrong, they stare with wide eyes. Ace and Grim already know that she has strange abilities, but this is Deuce's first time witnessing it and he's at a complete loss for words.

Does she need a doctor?? Is she okay?? Why are they being so quiet, are they not seeing the same thing?? And why is Y/n just standing there, nonchalant and unbothered!? Does she not realize what's happening to her!?

Before the blue haired boy can choke out a question or even a single word, the woman's body returns to her normal state. Not waiting even a second, she nudges them ahead,

"C'mon guys! We don't got all day!"

Entering the Rose Maze, it doesn't take long before they run into someone.

"Aww yeah, I am getting my paint on!"

An orange haired guy stands in front of a rose bush. As he waves a pen around, the white roses sparkle for a moment, then turn into deep red ones instead.

"Ah, someone's here."

Grim points out as Y/n asks,

"Why is he talking to himself?"

The Prefect and the two Heartslabyul don't have an answer for her and shrug. The orange haired guy is so in the zone, he doesn't hear them and continues,

"They all gotta be red, or it's "off with my head"!"

Yuu's eyes widen ever so slightly, as he mutters under his breath,

"I've seen this somewhere before..."

Apparently Yuuken's little comment is enough to finally gain the new guy's attention. He steps away from the rose bush, turning to fully face all of them.

"Huh...? You guys need something?"

The group walks up to him to be in range to converse normally. Ace looks at the guy, then at the rose bush behind him,

"What are you doing there?"

"Dude, we just saw what he's doing."

If the Devil Fruit user is going to keep this up, Ace doesn't know how long he can stop himself from making jabs at her, the only thing stopping him is fear of being hit again. It doesn't help that the new guy digs into him too,
