Book One Air Chapter 1

Tenzin(narrating):Earth. Fire. Air. Water. When I was a boy, my father, Avatar Aang, told me the story of how he and his friends heroically ended the 100-years war. Avatar Aang and Fire Lord Zuko transformed the Fire Nation Colonies into the United Republic of Nations, a society where benders and non-benders from all over the world could live and thrive together in peace and harmony. They name the capital of this great land Republic City. Avatar Aang accomplished many remarkable things in his life, but sadly, his time in this world come to an end, and like the cycle of the season, the cycle of the Avatar began anew.

[Somewhere]

In an earth kingdom village a fireball crashes into a house while people hide and scream as they are attacked by a gang.

Firebender:Stay still kid.

A member of a gang throws another fireball at a boy with H/C and E/C who dodges with a smirk on his face causing the fireball to crash into another house.

Y/N:Is this the best you can do? Come on I'm not even trying.

Y/N throws a fireball at the gang member and knock him out, then dodges a water whip.

Waterbender:Now we'll show it to you.

Another member uses earthbending to throw a boulder at Y/N who launches a flame that destroys it and then launches another at them, the two members of the gang dodge and Y/N's flames hit a house behind them.

Y/N:Oops.....sorry to say it, I don't want to waste unnecessary time with any of you.

Earthbender:Now I'll show you.

The earthbender launches a wave of rocks at Y/N who uses the flames to push himself up and then uses one leg to hit him with flames knocking him out.

Y/N:*yawn* How boring.

The waterbender launches a wave of water at which he uses flames to evaporate it and then launches a fireball which hits the bender.

Y/N:Too easy I don't know how this village didn't beat you.

The firebender immediately recovers to launch a fireball at Y/N with his back turned, the fireball approaches Y/N and then hits something and creates a cloud of dust.

Firebender:In this way you learn to not challenge us.

The dust clears and the firebender opens his eyes wide to see a pillar of earth in front of Y/N.

Firebender:What? It's not possible the Avatar is a girl. That means you are-

Y/N:*sigh* I hate it when someone finds out who I am, sorry man.

Y/N lights flames on his hand and then throws them at the bender with all his power.

[Timeskip]

Y/N stands in front of the entire village.

Chief:Y-You could have been more careful in the fight and not caused so much damage b-but, thanks for helping us.

Y/N:Yeah my bad and sorry for the damage, but I'm sure you'll be fine.

The chief hands some Yuan to Y/N who starts counting them.

Y/N:Nice to do business with you and if you need other protection, I'm there for the right price.

Chief:Thanks again young man.

The village immediately begins cleaning up the damage as Y/N begins walking until he stops to hear a nearby radio.

Radio:The pro-bending final have come, the Wolf-Bat against the Fire-Ferrets, who's gonna win? Came here to see it in Republic City.
