Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom

Pt. 18

The park was empty as Claire, Owen, Zach and Greg entered the park square. Soon the group rushed into the Visitor Center in the center of the main park, but Zach and Greg looked to the side, and saw a massive Spinosaurus skeleton. Zach and Greg then rushed after Claire and Owen, and they went to a control room, and began looking around.

Meanwhile Claire and Owen continued rushing down the hallway, when suddenly Claire realized the boys weren't following anymore. Claire looked around and shouted at the top of her lungs, calling the boys to return, but then Owen covered her mouth, and used his finger to signal for Claire to be quiet, and then pointed out that a Velociraptor was close by. Delta stood in the open, looking around for Claire and Owen.

Soon a small Oviraptor hopped into Delta's view, and Delta pounced on it, and ate it so fast that it was still alive while being eaten. Claire and Owen snuck past as Delta continued to rip off the head of the poor Oviraptor. Claire and Owen then ran up the stairs to the Visitor Center, but they saw Blue and Echo surrounding them.

"So, that's how it is?" Owen said as Delta pounced into place behind them.

Owen then slowly walked up to Blue, and attempted to take off the collar, but once he did, he saw the Megaraptor stomp around the corner, then it roared. The raptors looked back and forth between the Megaraptor and Owen, their indecisiveness indicating their faltering loyalty. Suddenly Red rounded the corner and hissed. Owen then looked at Blue who faced the Megaraptor, but turned her head to see Owen. Blue then made a cawing sound, like a loud bird, and Owen grinned as he held his hand up.

"Go!" Owen said as he threw his hand in a downward motion, and Blue, Echo, and Delta rushed at Red and the Megaraptor. Claire looked around for the kids frantically, when suddenly she noticed the camera light was flashing, which must've meant that they were in the control room.

"Release Paddock-01!" Claire shouted as Blue and Red struggled to fight each other as the Echo and Delta looked for an opening to strike the Megaraptor.

"Zach! How do we open a Paddock?!" Greg asked as Zach looked through a manual as fast as he could.

"I don't know!" Zach said as he continued to skim through the manual, when suddenly he came upon something 'Try the Black button with 01 on it!"

"Okay!" Greg said as he pressed the button, and in the distance they could hear metal scraping as one of the paddocks began to open, and a loud roar sounded throughout the entire park.

Owen then jumped, and got Claire to the ground as Rexy burst through the Spinosaurus skeleton, sending bones flying in every direction, and one bone hit the Megaraptor right in the face, causing it to become distracted.

Delta and Echo then took the opportunity and pounced at he Megaraptor who roared in pain as they scratched and hit into the Megaraptor's flesh. Rexy then crashed into the Megaraptor, and bit down on the Megaraptor's neck as the Megaraptor flailed wildly to free itself.

Owen rushed through a Dino Café as Claire rushed into the Visitor Center. But as Owen ran, Red kept crashing through everything as he tried to get to Owen who ducked and dodged every strike Red dealt. Owen stopped at a door, and ducked as Red pounced, but Red went right past Owen and into the freezer, and Owen shut the door as quick as he could before looking out the window and seeing the fight was still happening.

The Megaraptor roared as it managed to toss Echo and Charlie off of it's back, it then used it's tail to hit Rexy in the legs, temporarily knocking Rexy off balance. The Megaraptor then roared as it swiped it's claws at Echo who was then tossed into a stove fire in a nearby building.

The Megaraptor then roared as it crushed Charlie, before Blue pounced on it's back, and bit into it's neck, and it roared in pain as Rexy rejoined the fight, knocking the Megaraptor into a building. Owen then grabbed a shotgun from an abandoned A.C.U van, and began firing at the Megaraptor, who roared in pain as a loud bang came from within the Dino Café.

Red then soon came out into the opening and hissed at Owen before noticing that Charlie was now a flattened Raptor, and Red turned to the Megaraptor and hissed, but the Megaraptor roared back furiously, and Red joined Rexy and Blue in trying to take down the Megaraptor. The Megaraptor roared as it used it's claws to toss Blue away, and as it prepared to finish the job, Red dug his killing claw into the Megaraptor's neck, and Rexy knocked into it once again, knocking it into the building with a fire going, and suddenly the entire building exploded, and Red hissed in pain as he fell onto the stove.

The Megaraptor lay in the ruins of the building, barely alive. It groaned as Rexy stomped up to it, and roared angrily as the Megaraptor struggled to get back up. Blue then came up beside Rexy and hissed at the Megaraptor who then collapsed, dead.

Rexy then roared in triumph as Blue made her cawing sound, but none of the other raptors came to greet her. Blue whined as she then ran away into the jungle canopy near the main park.

"I know where there's a helicopter!" Claire said in triumph as they entered the Visitor Center, and rushed up the stairs. There at the top floor in the very center of the room was a lonesome Helicopter, and Owen pushed a button on the wall, and the roof of the Visitor Center opened up.

"Hurry! Get in!" Owen shouted as the boys strapped in, and Owen got into the copilot seat as Claire got in the pilots' seat.

"Here we go." Claire then said as the Helicopter began to take off, and she steered it to the mainland.

As they were leaving, Greg noticed something in her distance, a Large Carrier Chopper flying towards the center of the island... It was landing for something.
