Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom

Pt. 14

"Zach, Hurry! They're right behind us." Greg shouted as Zach drove the Jeep through a thick jungle.

"I know, and Claire must be worried sick!" Zach shouted as the trees blocking the view of the canopy, opened up, revealing Dimorphodon and Ptearanadon flying towards them. Suddenly they looked forward again, and now they could see the gate to the park.

"HEY!" Greg shouted as he jumped up, and waved his hands to get the attention of the guards, meanwhile Zach honked the horn on the Jeep.

Suddenly the guards noticed them, and they looked to each other.

"Do you know what's going on?" The first guard asked, and the second shrugged.

"Let's just open the gate, they have an official Jeep." The second said, and the first opened the gates, but then he noticed something in the distance... It was the Ptearasoar Flock,.

A few minutes later...

Sirens blared as everyone looked around to see the Pterosaurs flying in from the east. The people then rushed to safety as suddenly the Ptearanadons began swooping down, and attacking. Elasmosaurus in the lagoon began eating the Ptearanadon and Dimorphodon that got too close.

Suddenly a van drove into the HUB of the park, and began firing down the Pterosaurs who fell to the ground with a skid, tranquilizer darts in their sides. Suddenly one of the Ptearodactylus got shot down, and it skidded against the concrete, slowly getting closer to Zach and Greg who were up against a wall, and it barely stopped right in Greg's face. Greg looked at the beak of the Pterosaur, and saw it's sharp teeth, but then out of the corner of his eyes, he saw something, or... Someone.

"Claire!" Greg shouted as he rushed to Claire, Zach close behind. Owen then went and shot down a Dimorphodon as he got to the group.

"Your nephews?" Owen asked, and Claire nodded happily.

"Who is HE?" The boys asked in unison and disgust.

"This is Owen Grady, I actually work with him." Claire said, and Greg looked at Zach with a frown, and Zach nodded. Suddenly they heard a woman screaming as she was taken by a Ptearodactylus. The Ptearodactylus flew above the lagoon as it flew away, but before it could escape with a meal, the water burst outward in all directions as a Mososaurus jumped out of the water, and snapped it's jaws shut around the Ptearodactylus and woman, eating them both in one bite.

"We need to get out of here!" Owen shouted as he held the Tranq Rifle at the ready, and walked down the main street in the park.

"Owen, maybe if we get to the Visitor Center it'll be fine for now?" Claire suggested, and Owen nodded as he shot down a Ptearanadon and signaled the others to rush to the Visitor Center.

They slammed the doors shut as they got inside, and looked around... It was empty.

"I wonder how bad this is" Zach said as Claire frowned and looked outside at the Pterosaur swarm.
