Pt. 6

Central Isla Nublar 9:00 AM 9/18/2015

The park was busy early in the morning, and it was now feeding time for the dinosaurs.

"Zack, let's go!" Greg shouted as he rushed to the door, but Zack shook his head as his stomach growled.

"We need to eat first" Zack said, but Greg groaned.

" Oh come on!" Greg shouted angrily "We were supposed to eat a whole hour ago. They're already feeding all the dinosaurs, and I want to see the Cenezoic Gates!"

" What're you planning on seeing, a Sabre-Toothed Tiger?" Zack asked as he took a bite of a pancake.

"Zack, that's embarrassing!" Greg said as Zack raised an eyebrow "There's no such thing. What you're thinking of is actually called a Smilodon."

Zack sighed as he rubbed his forehead and got up in defeat. "Fine, whatever. Let's just go!"

"Perfect, let's go to the Cenezoic Center!" Greg said as he rushed out, Zack rushing to keep up.

"Slow down" Zack said as the pair got to the floor, and right in front of them was a large dome, it had lots of Air vents and generators. Zack and Greg walked into the dome, and immediately noticed that it was much cooler. There were rows of cages on both side of a walkway, and Zack looked in one cage and saw a small bird. It wasn't anything remarkable, it was kind of fat actually.

"Look at this overgrown chicken!" Zack said with a grin, but Greg was too busy on the other side of the walkway, then suddenly Zack heard a trumpeting sound, and he went to get a better look, and standing there was an adorable baby Whooly Mammoth. The mother stood by her baby who was playing in the snow, throwing it up using her trunk.

"This is ... Amazing" Zack said as he watched the mother give her baby some fruit from a tree in the enclosure.

"It really is... Now let's go see the Smilodon!" Greg said as he rushed to look for the Smilodon enclosure. Zack just shook his head as he went to the next enclosure right by the Mammoth Enclosure.

"No Smilodon so far!" Greg shouted as he continued looking through the many enclosures, but Zack just continued looking in the one he was at. He could hear a faint growling sound, but he couldn't tell where it was coming from. Then as Greg sighed and prepared to leave, the Smilodon pounced out of it's hiding spot, and towards Zack, thankfully it was still inside the Enclosure Zack had been looking at, and as Greg went to look at the Smilodon, it continued to pace, looking for a way out.

"Zack... Are we going to see Aunt Claire?" Greg asked, and Zack sighed.

"I don't... I don't know. She is really busy. We might not be able to see her." Zack said in a somber tone as Greg sighed. Suddenly Zack's phone began vibrating, and he answered the call.

"Hello?" Zack said as he tried to hear the caller.

"I heard you wanted to see me." Claire then said, and the boys turned to see their aunt standing there, a smile on her face as she hung up and put her phone in her pocket "Wanna see something really cool?"

Greg looked to Zack, excitement in his eyes, and Zack smirked.

"What the hell? Let's go!" Zack said as they followed their aunt Claire out of the Cenezoic Dome.
