"This is my life now. I have climbed this hill and now I will die upon it." Luke wheezed before he collapsed to the ground.
North rolled his eyes as he came up from behind him. "Shut up, we've only been hiking for twenty minutes." He wasn't amused at Luke's terrible stamina.
"Has it really only been twenty minutes? Feels like twenty years." Luke groaned, his body felt like jelly.
"Well if you hadn't eaten that bag of chocolate candy bars before we went on the damn hike then maybe you wouldn't be so damn tired." North scowled as he moved past him, he could see the others coming up the path already but wondered why the hell it took them so long.
"God, are you guys arguing already?" Nathan commented as he came up the trail equally exhausted. Victor was behind him but he could barely utter a word as he collapsed besides Luke.
"Vic, bro, let's die together! All for one -" Luke began, holding a fist up.
"-and one for all." Victor finished weakly, pumping a tired fist in the air alongside Luke's.
"Look, if you big lugs get the fuck up, we can still beat Kota and Owen's teams back down the hill." North said. Despite how tired he was, hell would freeze over before he let Kota or Owen beat him. "So get your asses up and let's get go."
Luke groaned, already hurting at the thought of the grueling pace North was going to set. Maybe he shouldn't have had those chocolate bars but they were limited edition! Would it hurt him to eat junk food once in a while?!
As the four of them set off again, Luke wondered if he could get Raven to help him prank North for a change. The Professional Russian always did like ruffling North's feathers.
