it had been a few days since the halloween incident.

i passed out while sal and larry were arguing over... whatever it was. they basically had to drag me back and carry me into the car. apparently ash had a good laugh at this.

they took me back to larry's apartment, and we all got back at 2am. i slept for 16 hours.

the next morning, or evening i should say, i suffered the worst hangover of my life. i went back to my apartment and spent the rest of the day throwing up. i told my mom i had food poisoning.

i hadn't spoken to larry and sal much since the party. i didn't remember much, but i knew they weren't too happy with me. apparently ash was also a little mad, since luke and marco are obviously friends, so i hadn't really spoken to her either.

whatever. i decided to not worry about them or whatever shit i did when i was wasted. i had bigger things to worry about.

when i woke up and saw luke's number on my hand, i racked my brain for about 20 minutes trying to remember why i had his number. i had a subconscious feeling that there was a reason.

i finally remembered when i got a text from the one and only alex maroney asking if i still wanted to perform at their little show.

i texted him the time and location of the show the day before, and he agreed to be there.

the day of the show was here. i woke up at 1pm and decided to start getting ready, since alex wanted the band to meet a few hours before.

i put my outfit together, but i was unsure if it was good enough.

(my pic)

i had a vision in my head but somehow didn't have the clothes i wanted to execute it.

whatever. it will do.

i teased my hair and left it down so it would look big and voluminous. i put on some dark red lipgloss and started to pack up my things.

i wore jodi's necklace, and i think the red jewel goes nicely with my red guitar.

i put some extra makeup in the outside pocket of my guitar case where i usually keep my picks and small sheets of music. it was easy to transport it with my guitar because i could carry it on my back, so i didn't have a lot of trouble.

"i'm leaving. bye mom."

"where you going all dressed up? and with your guitar?"

"nowhere. just with friends."

she looked me up and down and sighed. "whatever, be safe."

as i walked down the hall and towards my car outside, it hit me that i sort of forgot to tell them i was performing today.

i stopped in my tracks. debating on whether i should maybe go and tell them. but for some reason, i kept walking. if they were so god damn upset, then maybe they didn't deserve to fucking be there.
