Chapter 2 : The Project 😉✨

So I'm supposed to work with him......

Stell's Mind: "Why of all the people in this whole establishment. Lord, why him why?!" (T-T)

So yeah.... We have to discuss this project. I have to faced him every. single. day. I wanted to start this interaction with him not so awkwardly. But my mouth wanted the other way, my mouth begins to stutter and blabbing nonsense whenever I looked at him. Im freaking nervous, gosh! I wanna end this meeting....!?

Our Conversation started like this;
My Supervisor said i should introduce myself T-T, ughhh I hate this!?

"Ummm Sir, I'm s-stell by the way sir, p-please just tell me anything. I'll do anything you say sir. Please feel free to ask anything, sir." I spoke nervously as I look to him.

"I can do- no, we my team can assess this project ourselves sir, but in some other factor we might just need y-your team's help and cooperation. W-well it's not like we will-"

I wanted to obliged all this project matter on our team, so we wouldn't have to see him anymore. He suddenly broke my sentences.

"uhhh no need, we'll handle everything..."

When he offered to do all the works. I was shocked but guilty at the same time. I can't burden all this work to his team. Ughhh!

"H-huh, sir you can't just do that. If we will not cooperate, we might just have no contribution on this project." I said.

"And same goes to you" he replied.

"I'll take encharge of everything, you may go home...." he added.

"N-no, fine. I will organise a meeting, sir." I said.

"Okay, then it's settled." he ended our conversation dry.

My Goodness! I feel like I'm gonna passed out. Why did I sounded so arrogant. Urggg!

The. Meeting. Ended. Awkwardly. T-T

I headout immediately out of embarrassment. As I was walking, I saw jah. Jah went up to me and spoke.

"So.....how was the meeting? Did you get scolded?" He asked.

"No. I didn't get scolded, instead I found myself in a awkward situation. Ughhh bakit kase ganon. Haysst! I sounded so arrogant and selfish." I sighed in despair.

"Mukhang, may ginawa kang mali kanina?" he again asked.

" 'di ko nga alam baka nga. Hay nako ayoko na pag-usapan to. Lika na nga ililibre nalang kita, tara kain tayo." I wanted to change the topic.

"Sa Candult tayo. Yay dali sabi mo yan ha?!" he excitedly said.

"anong Candult?" I curiously asked.

"Candult. Diba canteen, eh hindi na tayo teens, adult na tayo kaya Candult na." he explained.

"Ewan ko sayo. Tara na nga." I said.

We went head straight to the canteen, since It's already lunch but we encounter Felip. So I went to hide and convinced jah that we should go to the cafe instead.

"oh ba't tinatakpan mo mukha mo?" he asked. He then look around to see why i was being weird. But I pulled him and said.

"shhh! 'wag mahahalata ako!, p-pumunta nalang tayo sa c-cafe oo! Sa café." I said frantically

"at bakit? 🤨" he asked.

"ahh Basta! Tara na" I replied and immediately dragged him out of the building.

AT THE CAFE;

We bought a bunch of sweet pastries and two venti sized coffees. And we finally reached our table. He then asked me why was I being weird earlier.

"Why were you acting so weird earlier?" he asked.

"I was—" I paused as I saw Felip again! Is he following me?! I'm mean no!? Everybody can always come and go here, pero bakit? Ughhhh! Sa 'rami-'raming cafe sa paligid-ligid bakit dito pa!

"Hoy! Anong I was? I was....ano?" jah asked impatiently.

I forgot i was talking to jah.

"a-ahhh I-I was just in a hurry earlier. Baka kasi ma-ubosan ako ng strawberry cheesecake, 'lam mo namn best seller 'to diba?!" I lied.

"hindi ih... Parang iba? Dahil ba kay sir Felip?" he said, when suddenly... ;

"oh Hi? I heard my name on your conversation... Oh Mr. Ajero? It's a coincidence to meet you here? Shall we talk about our project?" he sarcastically asked with a weird grin on his face.
