AUTHOR'S POV-

The days after their rooftop promise were marked by an undeniable closeness between YN and RM. Their connection, once a gentle current, now surged like a powerful tide, drawing them together with a magnetic pull. They both felt it—the deepening of their bond, the way their hearts seemed to beat in sync whenever they were near each other.

On a particularly stressful day, RM decided to surprise YN at her office. He knew she had been working tirelessly, and he wanted to remind her of the love that awaited her outside the demands of her business. When he arrived, he carried a small, beautifully wrapped box in one hand and a bouquet of her favorite flowers in the other.

YN, buried in a sea of documents, looked up in surprise when RM walked in. Her eyes instantly brightened. “RM, what are you doing here?” she asked, her voice a mix of surprise and happiness.

RM set the bouquet on her desk and smiled, his eyes full of affection. “I thought you could use a break. I wanted to bring you something special to remind you how much you mean to me.”

Touched by his thoughtfulness, YN stood and walked around her desk, her heart swelling with emotion. “You’re too good to me,” she whispered, wrapping her arms around his waist and leaning into him.

RM pulled her close, his hands resting on her hips as he kissed the top of her head. “You deserve all of this and more, YN. I just want to see you smile.”

YN looked up at him, her gaze softening as she reached up to brush a strand of hair from his forehead. “You always know how to make me feel better, RM. Thank you.”

His lips curved into a tender smile as he leaned down, his breath warm against her cheek. “Anything for you,” he murmured, his voice low and intimate. “I brought you a little something. Open it.”

YN’s curiosity piqued, and she took the box from his hand, carefully unwrapping it. Inside, she found a delicate silver bracelet with a small, sparkling star charm. She gasped softly, her eyes misting with emotion as she realized the significance.

“It’s beautiful, RM,” she whispered, her voice trembling slightly. “It reminds me of our night at the observatory. Of everything we promised each other.”

RM took the bracelet and gently fastened it around her wrist, his fingers brushing against her skin in a way that sent shivers down her spine. “It’s a reminder,” he said softly, his voice barely above a whisper. “A reminder that no matter what happens, we’ll always have each other. We’ll always find our way back to the stars.”

YN looked up at him, her heart swelling with love. “I love it, RM. But more than that, I love you. So much.”

His eyes darkened with emotion as he cupped her face in his hands, his thumb gently stroking her cheek. “I love you too, YN,” he whispered, his voice thick with feeling. “More than words could ever express.”

Without another word, RM leaned in and captured her lips in a deep, passionate kiss. The world around them seemed to fade away as they lost themselves in each other. His hands slid from her face down to her waist, pulling her closer until there was no space left between them. YN responded with equal fervor, her hands gripping the back of his neck as she poured all of her love and longing into the kiss.

The kiss grew more intense, more urgent, as if they were trying to convey everything they felt for each other in that one moment. RM’s hands roamed up and down her back, tracing the curves of her body as he deepened the kiss, his tongue teasing hers in a dance of passion.

YN’s heart raced as she felt the heat between them rise. She broke the kiss only to catch her breath, but RM didn’t let her go far. He pressed his forehead against hers, their breaths mingling as they stood there, holding each other tightly.

“YN,” he murmured, his voice low and husky, “I need you to know how much you mean to me. I’ve never felt this way before… like I can’t breathe without you.”

Her eyes locked onto his, filled with the same intensity of emotion. “I feel the same, RM. You’re everything to me.”

RM’s hands tightened around her waist as he kissed her again, slower this time, savoring the taste of her lips, the feel of her body pressed against his. The kiss was full of unspoken promises, of dreams shared and futures intertwined.

When they finally pulled away, their foreheads still touching, RM whispered, “Let’s make a promise right here, right now. No matter what, we’ll always find our way back to each other.”

YN nodded, her voice barely a whisper. “I promise, RM. I’ll always be yours, just like you’ll always be mine.”

With one final, lingering kiss, they sealed their promise, their hearts beating in perfect harmony. As they stood there, wrapped in each other’s arms, YN knew that this was where she belonged —in RM’s embrace, with his love surrounding her like a protective shield. It was a love that transcended time, a love that felt destined, as if they had been waiting their entire lives to find each other again.

And as they held each other close, the world outside seemed to disappear, leaving just the two of them, lost in the serendipity of love.
