AUTHOR'S POV-

The press conference is at the doors of the department. One of the most important and challenging attacks is being prepared against Korea. The British Lieutenant Matthew Henry Barker and the Captain of Japan, Mastuzaki Naomi, with betrayal to the Mayor of Korea are planning this war.

"This time Korea would be in our control and possession."
A grin smirk appeared on the face of the officer, Captain of Japan Mastuzaki Naomi. Years of hard work and struggle to produce the strongest, biggest army with Britishers.

"What would be our benefits?"
Matthew Henry Barker, the one who's currently handling England's military under his control. The King of England wants to establish his kingdom in Asia and his target country is Korea.

A series of significant changes in Korea began in the mid-17th century and made a great impact on virtually every sector of Korean society in the 18th century. In agriculture, rice transplantation became popular, and irrigation systems were improved. Advances in farming resulted in dramatic increases in agricultural production and raised the standard of living for farmers. With the cultivation of such special crops as tobacco and ginseng, commerce and trade developed apace. The government started minting coins and collecting farm rent in cash. Markets were held in many places across the country. Particularly active were merchants from Kaesŏng, who established a national network that put every fair in the country within their sphere of influence.

Japan repeatedly made futile attempts to establish diplomatic relations with Korea. The Japanese militarists thereupon raised an outcry for a war of conquest on Korea. Meanwhile, the Daewon-gun came under widespread criticism for the enormous financial burden he had imposed on the people.Queen Min and her relatives took over the helm of state and initiated policies opposed to those of the Daewon-gun. Japan, which had been watching developments in Korea, dispatched a squadron of warships and pressured Korea to sign a treaty of commerce and friendship. The ports of Busan, Wŏnsan, and Incheon were subsequently opened to Japanese trade.

"This small Korea which is producing economy at this rate is definitely going to be the top in the world. Just think about it, Korea is developing country. If we took this opportunity and take control over it, then all the economy, democracy and growing power of Korea would be us."
Naomi wanted the help of British as Japan only couldn't fight against Korea. The army of Japan is still not much developed then Korea. On the other hand, British empire have a huge and vast military with modern technology and weapons. The Emperor Mutsuhito Meiji have gave this responsibility to Naomi to persuade the Lieutenant Henry.

"Remember our shares or else we won't think twice to reverse that attack on Japan."
Henry put forward an agreement. That says, Japan would get thirty percent hold on Korea while England would've the remaining. They signed the contract and participate with this cruel plan of Japan.

"What about Captain? Captain Kim of Korea. I don't think so, we can do this if he's still alive?"
The bravery and intelligence of Kim Namjoon is all over the world. Naomi hissed as he knows. The previous act of kidnapping Captain Kim by one of the gangster Samurai to kill him was badly failed. They could just cause him some injuries. They still don't know about the fact that Kim Namjoon have already back to military.

"Our prime target is he only."

"Once he's dead then they can hardly be involved in war against us."

"The sequence of attack would be Navy, Land and lastly Airforce. This is how we're going to destroy Korea."

"The War starts now."

-

"Today our Captain Kim is getting married to his love, Miss YN."
Sergeant Min standing on the stage with microphone in his hand. He was proud to announce this event. The loneliness and emptiness in the life of his friend is going to get complete.

"I want you to give your blessings to this new couple."
With that, Kim Namjoon and Lee YN walked to aisle with flowers and everyone cheering for them. The rituals were going to complete and they were exchanging the rings. When a man covered with blood came running to this direction.

"B-bom blasted on- on the port."
