~ {Bambina, i tuoi piccoli traumi}
~ Baby girl, your little traumas"After that, w-we ate ice-cream and i-it was soo delicious!" Ellie exclaims, stuffing more pancakes inside her mouth. She was telling Romeo about her day, he'd finally returned and asked her to tell him all about her day. Which to his surprise didn't hesitate to answer.
"Slowly, bambina, eat slowly before you choke." Romeo laughs, shaking his head. Ellie sent him a hesitant smile. Looking down at her food, it was so good she couldn't help but eat like a starved beast. "Here let me." Romeo grabbed a handkerchief, stretching forward in order to dab the paper on the top lip, his eyes directly on hers...
She couldn't help but loose her breath, having him so close was very odd but she liked it. Romeo was her current favourite, not because he looked better or anything, no, but because he was gentler and carried the most sweetest and calm mood with him that pushed her in a state of peace.
Whiles Marco was plain scary to her, Elio slightly overwhelmed her with his questions and constant jokes or how he was always jumping up and about. She wouldn't deny and say she didn't have the best day with him because she certainly did but he exhausted her slightly.
"Thank y-you." She smiles down at her empty plate, grabbing the glass filled with lukewarm water and practically inhaling it. Not until she was done did Romeo speak again. "I'm glad Elio took care of you when I was gone. Now tell me, bambina. What would you like to do?"
"Huh?" She asked. Tilting her head, not sure how to answer that question. "I-I don't understan-"
"I'm back!" Elio walks in, startling Ellie with his sudden exclaim. He walked towards them, petting Romeo on his back a little violently to his disapproval. Sending a wink directed to her before taking a sit next to Romeo. "Missed me?"
Chuckling a bit, she shook her head at his banter. He'd only been gone for five minutes to take a call. His loud and playful voice and persona was both overwhelming and exciting to be around. "So what were we talking about?"
Romeo shook his head, "Planning. I've been out the whole day, I think taking Ellie out would be a good idea." Ellie shrinks at the mention of going out. Her brows furrowed and she gulped. A few hours ago she wanted to leave, but now she definitely did not want to go out.
Both men turn to her, smiling so warmly at her. "Where would you like to go, princess? Anywhere you want, we'll take you. Okay?"
She looked at Elio not sure what to do before looking down at her empty plate. "G-Garden?" Anywhere but not outside the gates of this magnificent mansion she thought.
What if this was a way for then saying I'd over stayed my visit and it was time to go?
No, I don't want to go.
Romeo and Elio made eye contact before Romeo chuckles. "No baby, what I mean is where would you like to go. As in outside of the house...the gates."
"You can pick anything. The park, the zoo, the museum, a restaurant, an amusement park-"
"But I don't want to go." Her eyes waters. "I don't want to go out. I-I like it h-here. Please don't t-take me out. I-I...I will behave, promise."
Silence immediately filled in, both men watching her as she struggled to keep tears within. When none said a word, just staring at her with sympathy and shock, she felt panicked.
Abruptly standing up, Ellie took a step back. "I'm s-sorry, I'll go. I'll g-go and...and I'm sory-"
"No, stop bambina. Come here." Romeo said as soon as he snapped out of his state, his brows furrowed as he reach for her. Surprised she didn't move away, he drew her in his embrace.
