Pon had always been an introvert, someone who preferred the quiet comfort of his own space over the bustling chaos of social interactions. He was most at ease when it was just him, his baby Aon, and his older brother Pooh. Their small family had grown closer over the years, and Pon found solace in their presence. Pooh had always been his protector, the steady rock he could lean on, and Aon was the light of his life, the little one who made everything worth it.

But when it came to stepping out of his comfort zone, Pon often found himself overwhelmed. Starting his first shift at the X Hunters’ garage was a daunting task, one that filled him with both excitement and trepidation. Pooh had encouraged him to take the job, knowing how important it was for Pon to pursue his passion for cars, but also understanding his need for security and support.

As Pon arrived at the garage, he took a deep breath and squared his shoulders. He knew this was a big step, and he was determined to make a good impression. Pooh had already given him a rundown of the team, so Pon was somewhat prepared for the introductions.

The garage was alive with activity, the hum of engines and the clatter of tools filling the air. Pon hesitated at the entrance, his heart racing. He had Aon settled with a trusted neighbor for the day, but his thoughts kept drifting back to his baby, worrying if Aon was doing okay without him.

“Pon!” a familiar voice called out.

Pon turned to see Pooh walking over, a reassuring smile on his face. Beside him was Pavel, Pooh’s fated mate, who had always treated Pon like family. Pavel had a calm, protective aura that made Pon feel at ease.

“Hey, you made it,” Pooh said, clapping a hand on Pon’s shoulder. “Don’t worry, you’ll do great.”

Pavel nodded in agreement. “Everyone’s looking forward to meeting you. Just be yourself, and they’ll see how talented you are.”

Pon gave a small smile, grateful for their support. “Thanks. I’m just a bit nervous.”

“Don’t be,” Pavel said warmly. “We’re all a bit of a family here. You’ll fit right in.”

As they walked further into the garage, Pon was introduced to the rest of the team. Michael, a tall alpha with an easygoing smile, was the first to greet him, followed by his mate, Toptan, who was an omega like Pon. Toptan had a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately put Pon at ease.

“It’s nice to meet you, Pon,” Toptan said, shaking his hand. “We’ve heard a lot about you from Pooh and Pavel.”

Pon blushed slightly, feeling shy under the attention. “Thank you. I’m really excited to be here.”

Michael chuckled. “You’ll do just fine. We’re all a bit crazy around here, but we get the job done.”

Pon smiled, starting to relax. He could see why Pooh liked it here—the atmosphere was friendly and inclusive. Michael and Toptan made a good first impression, and Pon felt a little less nervous knowing that they were on his side.

Then there was Nut, who was standing a bit further back, his arms crossed as he observed the new arrival. Nut had a reputation for being aloof, and Pon could sense the distance between them. There was no animosity, but Nut wasn’t exactly welcoming either. Pon offered a polite nod in Nut’s direction, which was met with a curt nod in return. It wasn’t much, but Pon wasn’t one to force connections.

The last introduction was to Dean, a mechanic who had a reputation for being rough around the edges. Dean’s scowl was intimidating, and Pon could tell immediately that Dean didn’t like him. There was a tension in the air, one that Pon couldn’t quite place, but it was clear that Dean wasn’t thrilled about having another omega in the garage.
