The next morning came by, and Jake was downstairs. Johnnie was sleeping as usual.

Jake finished his morning routine and just returned home after streaming in his car.

He hasn't talked after that. As the hours went on, and Johnnie was downstairs hanging out with Jake– he noticed that the punk hadn't talked.

The two have been watching movies and editing YouTube content as usual. They didn't bother to go out today, so they ordered Uber-Eats.

They finished their dinner and the clock chimes at 7:00PM. The day was over and the evening had arrived.

Jake was outside in the back yard, smoking a cigarette. Leaning back in the lounge chair as the cigarette is resting between his fingertips.

He has been chain smoking, trying to get rid of these thoughts and feelings for Johnnie. But it just made him feel a lot more lost.

Johnnie finished streaming in his room and turned off his computer. He walked down the stairs of their shared home and noticed that Jake was outside smoking a cigarette.

He sighed at the sight. Why did Jake relapse into smoking? He was doing so well.

Johnnie approached the back door and slid the door open. He stepped out and walked over to Jake.

He sat down in the chair next to Jake. Observing how the punk smoked and then stubbed the cigarette into the ashtray when he was done.

"How many have you had today?" Johnnie asked, looking at Jake with a serious expression.

Jake looked back at Johnnie, holding up seven fingers. He still hasn't talked. He hasn't spoken since last night.

"Seven?" Johnnie said. Jake nods. Confirming the truth. Another sigh left Johnnie's lips. "In a span of an hour?" He asked, again. Jake nods.

"That's enough for today." Johnnie replied, gently grasping the cigarette pack from Jake's hand and setting it aside next to the ashtray on the mini table.

"Can we go inside?" Johnnie asked. His blue eyes having a gentle look in them as his heart aches at the sight of his crush.

"..Fine," Jake spoke after a milestone of silence.

"Thank you." Johnnie replied, holding out his tatted hand for Jake to grab. Jake sighed as he links his hand with Johnnie's.

Getting out of the chair, the two both get up. They walked themselves over to the back door.

Jake went inside first. Johnnie followed in secondly as he closed the door behind them as soon as they entered.
