I looked at them in the distance as they stepped out of the yacht. Glenn was right beside his father, and Saber was right beside Simone. Two bodyguards were with them, including the two persons on board, which I believe are the staff.

Sa tingin ko ay si Glenn ang nagmaneho ng yate niya. Masaya siyang bumaba at kausap niya ang Papa niya. Saber was just behind Glenn, and I witness how she tried to gets Glenn's attension.

Malayo ako, at hindi ako nakikita ni Glenn ngayon. Manong Max was just behind me and was quiet. I told him that I wanted to check them, but without Glenn knowing that I was checking.

Tumikhim si Manong at naputol ang seryosong titig ko kay Glenn at Saber. Nilingon ko si Manong sa likod at tumango siya. Hudyat na kailangan na naming bumalik bago pa ako mapansin ni Glenn.

Mabilis agad ang hakbang ko pabalik sa villa. Sa kabilang banda kami dumaan ni Manong. Hindi kami makikita ni Glenn, dahil nasa entrada naman sila ng port.

The other staff looked at me and then quickly looked away when I caught their gaze. I know the reason. Glenn had already told everyone about me in a brief meeting the other day. Everyone now knows who I am to Glenn. I am no longer his secret wife.

Manong told me about it today. I asked him, but I felt uneasy whenever I approached the others. 

"Dito na, Ma'am Erykah." Binuksan agad ni Manong ang pinto at patungo ito sa kusina. Ito ang backdoor ng kusina rito sa resort.

"Manong, huwag mong sasabihin ha."

"Oo," tipid na ngiti niya.

Bumalik ako sa kwarto na parang walang nangyari. Inayos kong mabilisan ang sarili, at iilang segundo pa lang ay may kumatok na sa pinto. Huminga ako bago binuksan ito.

"Glenn?" I smiled as I saw him, and instantly, he wrapped his arms around me.

"I miss you," he said, burying his face in the side of my neck and breathing heavily.

"And I miss you too." Hinaplos ko na ang buhok niya at inamoy siya.

I couldn't smell any woman's fragrance from him. It was just his manly scent.

"I made some apple crumble for dessert later," I said in excitement. His father will be joining us for dinner.

"That's great. I informed Papa that you prepared a special dessert. I will add ice cream and whipped cream to it. I have already instructed Rambo, the chef, to serve it with the toppings later."

Inayos lang ni Glenn ang buhok ko at saka humalik na siya sa noo ko. Tahimik kaming pareho, at pawang ang mga mata lang namin ang nangungusap ngayon.

"I-Is Saber staying?" I blinked. I don't mind if she will.

"Yes. Simone and her will stay. They're occupying the two rooms on the west wing. There's no point in them returning to town and then back here tomorrow morning. . . Gusto na kasi na matapos ni Simone ang transaksyon bukas. The owner of the Island will only be available tomorrow before lunch. And right after that, they could no longer entertain them."

"Oh, I see. . ." My brow raised a little bit. This is getting interesting.

"Do you know who's the owner of the Island?"

"Apparently, no." He shook his head. "I don't want to get involved with Saber's business, Eres. My father was only there as Saber's father requested him to take part. He will be the witness tomorrow."
