Continuation of Mavi's POV

I frown at her as I remove my facemask and flash a smile at her that doesn't reach my eyes. She stare at me for awhile, surprise look is evident on her face. She looks like she saw a ghost.

"What? " Annoyed I asked her. She came back to her sense and shake her head.

"Quihano." She said as she point her finger on me. Is that a question or what?

"I guess?" I sarcastically smirk at her and turn my attention to my luggage and walk away from her.

"Where's your car? " I asked her

"I will lead the way" She said and hurried to walk ahead of me.

"As you should. " I mumbled

"This will be your room for your whole vacation, don't put your keys anywhere baka mawala." Jeremiea explains as she help Mavi with her things.

"Don't touch my stuff." Mavi coldy said as she push her luggage inside.

"I can manage." She added.

Jeremiea was left there dumped folded. She just look at her with complicated expression. And walk away from the room.

to Avi:

Nasundo ko na
All setteled

"Napakagago, ang yabang talaga ng hayop." She said out irritation. She angrily kick the tire of her car.

Mavi woke up early as usual. Her body clock when we was in Manila is still activated even here in Cebu.

She walk around her room to check the surroundings.

"Hmm, not bad." She said to herself out of satisfaction.

*ring

*facetime call from Lynsaie

"Uy how was your flight? Nagtatampo na ako, nagpunta ka lang dyan hindi mo na ako maalala." Lynsaie pout as she act as if she's sad.

"OA, I was about to message you last night but when I got here, I fall asleep instantly." Mavi playfully rolled her eyes.

" Are you okay there? How are you feeling so far?" Lynsaie asked the concern laced in her voice.

"You're exaggerating things agad." Mavi chuckled.

"I'm just worried. Alam mo naman e." Mavi just nod at her.

"I'll go for a walk muna Aie." She said and bid her goodbyes.

She walk out the room and started to look around.

Cebu please be good to me this time.

Avi woke up a bit late than she should. She received a lot of message from her mom and Jeremiea, asking where she is. Her mom scold her and told her to go to the main house quickly.

Avi did her morning routine in a rush. She hurriedly went out from her cabin while holding her stuff using her both hands. She is too occupied of running and holding her stuff, she failed to notice the woman, who is standing on her way while looking at the view infront of her.They collide, the sudden impact cause them to stumbled on the ground.

"Arg!" The woman groaned.

"Ouch! " Avi winced in pain.

Her stuff were scattered on the ground.
