"And that would be all. Ms. Quihano, do you still have any concern to discuss aside from issue about the boyband?" The presenter who is standing infront of the executive politely asked.

Mavi Quihano is sitting in the center at the back. She is wearing usual formal outfit while her hair in messy but presentable bun. She has a pen in her hand and it is press slightly on her temple.

"I honestly want to discuss the thing about the trainees, which would be launch as a group at the end of the month." She said as she stood from her seat and walk in front. The presenter walk in the side as she give the space for Mavi.

But even before she could start the discussion she felt her phone vibrates in her pocket. She excuse herself a bit and answer the phone call from her dad.

"Mavi, the executive should be dismissed now. They have a family and life also. You been in that meeting for almost four hours. Which is suppose to be two hours only." A frown form on her face when she heard what her dad says. She turn to the executives who look exhausted already.

"Alright." She simple replied and put her phone back in her pocket.

"I guess we have to end this here already." She said as she look on her wrist watch.

9 pm

They should be thankful to my dad.

The executive made their way out until Mavi is left with her secretary.

"Aren't you going home?" She asked as she go back to her seat earlier and started her work again.

"Well, uh, maybe it's time for us to go home Ms. Quihano." Her secretary said with hesitant expression on her face.

"You can go home first. Just make sure you have the files I told you to prepare and of course my schedule for tomorrow." Mavi replied without taking her eyes of on her laptop.

"But- she secretary was about to complain but the door swung open.

" Mavi what are you still doing here? Have you forgot about our dinner tonight?" A girl on her all-pink outfit said on her high pitch tone that made Mavi glare at her. Mavi signaled the secretary to go before closing her laptop.

"Lynsaie, you should learn how to use your manners, only if you have some. But I guess you don't." Mavi said as she started to walk out from the conference room. Lynsaie walk behind her with a scowl on her face. Mavi smirk as she keep her silence.

Mavi's Condo

Mavi dragged herself away from her bed and went to her shower room for her morning routine.

After preparing herself for work she look beside her bed, she smiled bitterly.

I miss you

She walk in the kitchen just to witness her father who is having a breakfast alone.

"What are you doing here, Dad?" She asked as she made her way to him.

"Am I not allowed here now?" Her father asked her back.

"What's with this sudden visit again?" She asked with her annoyed expression.

"About the conversation we had the last time- Mavi cutted her father's words.

" Oh the answer is no, and will always be  no." She replied as she walk out from the kitchen.

"Are you afraid that you might hurt her?" Her father asked with so much disappointment.

"There is nothing to be afraid about, you know that." She almost raise her voice.

"Exactly, so what's keeping you from doing it? I am just doing this for you. What wrong with taking a break and spare some time for yourself?" Her father asked with so much concern. But Mavi shake her head.

"You don't know what I am going through so don't say anything about it." She abruptly said and walk away.

Jimuel, her father was left there with complicated expression on her face.

"What are my schedule today?" Mavi asked her secretary as they walk inside the elevator.

"I'm sorry Ma'am, but your dad asked me to put your schedule on hold."

"Seriously? What kind of game is this?" She clenched her jaw as she close her fist tightly. When they reach the top floor, Mavi immediately made her way inside her office. When she got inside she smash the door closed.

She loosen her tie and remove her suit.

"Fuck!" She punch down her fist on the table.

"Why is this happening to me?" She aggressively grab her name plate and smash it on the wall.

"Bullshit!

Tangina!" She keep on shouting from the top of her lungs. She breath heavily as her face turns red. She fell down on her knees and her shoulder started to shake, followed by uncontrollably sobs.

"Why are you doing this to me?" She scream as she pull her hair madly.

"Omg! What is happening Mavi?" Lynsaie stood by the door with her mouth agape and eyes with sympathy.

"Why are you doing this to yourself?" Lynsaie kneel down as she pull Mavi to a hug.

"Aie, why does it keep hurting me? I miss her. When will this feeling go away?" Mavi cried. Lynsaie didn't say anything as she rub Mavi's back.

When Mavi finally calm down, Lynsaie pull away from hug and help Mavi to sit on the couch.

"Maybe, Tito Jim is right. You should accept it and spend some time for yourself." Lynsaie spoke that made Mavi look at her.

"I, I don't know." Mavi closed her eyes. She feels so tired because of so much crying.

"I'll book you a flight." Lynsaie said, Mavi didn't refuse anymore that made her friend smile.

Lynsaie type something on her phone.

She turn to Mavi again, who is already sleeping.
