Mavi is doing her morning jog, she's running when she saw Avi standing not so far away from her. She's stop running and walk towards her.

"Hey! Good morning." Mavi greet her, Avi automatically smiles when she heard it and turn to Mavi.

"Good... (Avi stop in her mid-sentence as she look closely to Mavi from her to toe).. morning. "

Mavi has a confused look on her face as she raised her eyebrows to Avi as if she's  why.

"You're sweaty." When Mavi realize what Avi asking trying to say she step backward.

"Oh! Yeah, sorry. " She apologize.

Avi shake her head and pull a towel from her bag as she offer it to Mavi. "Here dry your sweat."

Mavi is hesitant at first but eventually give in when Avi speak again. " Take it, mabango yan." Mavi get it from Avi's hand as she chuckled. Avi smile with this sight of Mavi.

" Have you eaten yet? " Mavi ask while wiping her sweat on her face. Avi who's watching her shake her head.

"Nope. I don't have enough time for that because I was in a rush. Sadly, the driver is not here yet to pick me up." Avi replied.

Mavi look into Avi. "How about we eat breakfast first? " Mavi ask with excitement in her voice.

"Is that okay with you? " Avi is somewhat unsure.

But Mavi assure her with a smile. "Of course there's a cafeteria nearby." Mavi said.

"You know what, I want to take this opportunity to formally apologize to you." Avi break the silence lingering around the atmosphere.

Mavi who's currently slicing her bread lift her gaze to Avi without saying anything.

"That night, I was supposed to fence you in airport but I didn't make on time and send someone else." Avi drop her hand on her lap as she fidget her hand but she keep her gaze to Mavi waiting for her to talk.

"I'll admit, I was annoyed by what happened. But don't worry it's okay, I understand." Mavi said in her calm demeanour. Avi sigh in relief.

"How about dinner tonight and movie after? For peace offering?" Avi said with hopeful tone as she stare on Mavi while waiting for her answer.

" Isn't too much for peace offering? " When she heard Mavi's reply her face fell.

Mavi notice the sudden change of her mood and try to find the right word to take back what she said.

" But if you insist, I'll be there." This made Avi's eyes lit up as she smile. This sight made Mavi smile.

The silence enveloped them.

"Is there something wrong?"Mavi ask this made Avi lift her head from her phone to Mavi, she shake her head.

"Nothing, it's mom. She keeps on reminding of what to do." Avi sigh and Mavi just nod at her and continue to eat her food.

"If you don't mind, can i get your number? " Mavi ask again while looking at her.

Avi sudden have the idea to tease Mavi. "I do mind." Her face became serious. An unknown emotion flash on Mavi's eyes but it fades away even before Avi notice it.

"I understand." Mavi said as she lean back on her chair.

"I'm ju- Avi was about to say something when a loud horn interrupt her.

They look outside and saw a familiar car. It's Avi's car. " That's my driver, I'm sorry Mavi I have to go." Avi stands up from her seat as she pick up her things.
