Trinity & Loki - A Love Affair

The next morning, Trinity had woken up before Loki. She turned her head and was watching him sleep.
"God, he is handsome even while sleeping...what did I do to deserve all this? ...why does he even love me? Got so much baggage ...and *sigh*"
Her thoughts started to become to much so she turned away from him. She figured that way he wouldn't noticed. At least not right away.
A few minutes later, she felt him stirring. She wiped her eyes so she could hide the fact she was crying.
She felt him put his arm around her and nuzzle close to her. "Good morning beautiful!"
"Good morning handsome!" She tried to say as "happy" as she could sound.
Loki instantly opened his eyes up fully and scooted back a little.
"Turn around and face me"
"Um but I just got comfy on this side...I...I don't wanna" She sniffed a little but tried to hide it.
"Please? I want to see you"
Trinny sighed and closed her eyes. She knew he knew so she slowly turned to face him.
"There is my beautiful girl...now what's wrong?" He gently move a random stray hair out of her eye.
"Who says there is something wrong?" She looked up at him some then just stared at his chest
"The fact you can't look me in the eyes...plus I heard you sniffling...please talk to me"
"I...I just don't understand"
"Understand what?"
She sighed. "Why you want me? Why you even love me? I mean look at me...I'm a mess"
He gently lifted her face to look at him.
"I want you because you are my whole world. You took time to get to know me as me and didn't even think twice when I showed you who I really was. You loved me when you thought I was just normal. And I love you because you aren't afraid to be you. You are goofy, strong, Independent and you also are stubborn, hard headed and frustrating but you are the only one who can put me in my place and you didn't swoon over me over the first charming line. You made me show you I was actually meaning what I said...and.."
He got cut off by Trinity kissing him softly. She pulled back and gently caressed his cheek. "I love you so much it hurts and I am just so worried you going to wake up one day and be tired of me...and want someone else...someone smarter, prettier, bett..."
This time Loki cut her off by kissing her. 
"My dear there is no one else I want. You do it for me..that is why you are wearing that ring...you are who I want at my side forever"
She looked down at the ring and smiled.
"Now come here and let me hold you my pet"
She snuggled up as close as she could as Loki wrapped his arms around her. She loved listening to his heartbeat while he held her.
"You make me feel so safe. I am sorry for my mood swings and my intrusive thoughts"
"No! You never have to apologize for them. It happens and I will reassure you everytime you need it. I promise"
She loved just being close to Loki. Loved just feeling his arms around her, clothed or not. It didn't matter. Even sitting in the same room doing their own thing was enough for her.
She always craved this type of intimacy. Someone who just got her, and wanted her. Not just for sex and her body. But in every way.
He stroked her arm. "What is going on inside that head of yours?"
She couldn't help but smile. "Oh thinking how nice this is. And how much I am so glad I gave you a chance...even though you was sooo desperate and you couldn't stand it that I didn't fawn over you" She said in a jokely manner.
"Oh is that so? Well now you are stuck with me!" He started to poke and tickle her some. "And for your info...I was perplexed at why you didn't fawn over me...because you seemed like you needed a God in your life" He said laughing as he continued to tickle her.
"Ahhh no no no ..." She squirmed around.
He kept tickling her until she bit him in the upper arm.
"Hey! That's not fair!" He said laughing as he held her down and tried to bite her back.
"Nooooo ahhhhh noooo" She tried to hide all available spots.."you bite me, you get no kisses!"
"But darling, you like it when I bite you" He said mischievously.
She noticed that look. "Don't you dare! That's off limits right now!"
"But what if I do this..." He starts nuzzling her neck and gently kissing it.
She couldn't help but arch her neck back some and run her fingers through his hair.
She grabbed some of his hair and pulled him off her neck.
"I said no touchy hehe"
"Darling you know better than to grab my hair like that haha"
"Look I make you a deal. You let me up now and I'll make sure we finish this later...and I'll let you take charge"
She winked as she giggled.
"Uggghh fine! I guess I gotta go see Odin anyways."
"Oh that should be fun!" She started to fidget with the bedsheets.
He grabbed her hand and raised up to look at her. "I promise it will all be okay. You won't need to come with guns ablazing ..even though I would love to see that again" He smirked.
"Haha I bet you would. You always loved my feisty side!"
"And I always will.." He kissed her on the lips and got up. He got dressed and sat down on the side of the bed.
"What do you got planned today?"
"Well, I have to go see your mom and then Thor was going to take me back to Midgard.
Loki tensed up. "And why is he doing that?!" He said with more bite than he meant.
"Uhh, I can just tell him nevermind..."
Loki turned and got on his knees by the bed in front of her, he soften his gaze. "I am sorry. It took me by surprise and I can't stop thinking of what happened the last time you was there. I don't ever want him to hurt you like that again."
"And that's why I thought taking Thor would help. I just wanted to grab a few things but I'll just wait"
She got off the bed, got dressed quickly and headed out the door. "I'll come find you when I'm done talking to your mother"
She walked out before anything else could be said.
Loki sat down on the floor next to the bed. "Fuck! I always do this" he ran his hand through his hair then stood up. He walked out and went to go to the throne room.
