My eyes glace out the window avoiding eye contact.
I knew there stood a price to pay for this.
The sound of gravel annoyed me.
"We are almost there."

I nodded, holding onto my seat for life.
I stepped out of the somewhat gothic-style carriage and I saw what looked like a smaller version of Dorian Castel. Completely black. Nice garden and A Stable with horses.

I noticed all these things after stepping out of the carriage. He holds the door open for me and I say looking at him. "By the way, no one must know I am the princess." He nodded, standing at my left. My hand grabbed his arm, and we walked to the house. "Of course. Not many people know what you look like but it could cause some trouble if the wrong person found out you were here. They might think you are here with ill intent."

I could not tell he was slightly scared of me but something was making him nervous.
"I hope you don't think I am here to cause trouble."
He turns his head to me.
"I wouldn't have invited you to stay if I thought you were going to." he said in a thick accent.

He opens the door and the first thing I see is servants rushing around, the butler who happens to be a coachman takes me to my room. Killian follows behind me. The servant rushes past me as we walk down the hallway, and I turn into the room I am staying in.
A bed that is twice my size! I flop onto the bed. It feels like I am lying down on a cloud.

"Let's Get her some new clothes."
Killian says while looking at the butler.
They both leave the room then the door shut behind them.

I take my shoes off and lay down.
My mind tries not to remember what just happened but it all comes flooding.
All these times I almost died and God saved me every single time.

The fire, almost drowning, and Calix.
Calix's death might be the whole reason all this happened but I want to believe this happened for a reason even if it hurts.

The white embellished door to my room slammed open With a loud thud. They slide a clothing rack into the room.
Killian walks in after two people I haven't met walk in.
They bow to me. "Dame Robin, you can pick from any one of these outfits but they all suit you." they said and
gestured to the clothes Then both left before I could say anything.
" you lied about my name?" I said in a tone looking at Killian. Hoping for him to explain.
"and I told them I am training with you in the military."  he shrugged like it wasn't a big deal.
"you mean Zodels army?"  I pinch the bridge of my nose. "You catch on fast."
He kept explaining but his words faded away into a ringing sound.

"What do you think is Going to happen when someone looks for My name in the files and finds out it's not there?!"
"You're not being fair."
"You really can't comprehend how much trouble we will be in if we get caught? You lied about my identity and said I work for the military. If we get caught they might say I am a spy and..."
"We won't get caught. I promise." I slightly calmed down.
"Did you...lie about my last name too?"
"I didn't say anything about your last name."
"Gryffin. That's my last name."
My mother's old last name.
"Now, get out, please. I would like to change and to take a nap."
He walks out the door.
I skim through the outfit choices put on the first nightgown I see. My eyes squint tight.
sinking into a dream,
I hold my breath and fight against the currents of the water.
My eyes glance at my foot and there is a chain holding me down. I exhale and fly forward from my bed. my eyes wide, I feel the cold sweat run down my face. Glancing at myself in the mirror of the vanity in Killian house. Just a dream. My ears hear the door creak halfway open and
I see a little girl with pigtails in her hair. She walks in with a silver tray that has food on it.
"You haven't eaten in a while, have you?"
"No, I haven't. Who are you?"
She sets a tray in front of me on the bed.

"I am Killian's sister. My name is Amara. Here I made it myself, I hope you like it. Maybe you and I can go to the market later,"

"Sure, Why not? I need to buy some things for myself anyway." she leaps with joy.
"Once I am done eating, I'll get ready to go."

"Okay!" she dashes out the door with a big smile on her face.

I finished eating quickly after praying for the food. I don't think I was ever more grateful for food and a roof over my head.
What dress should I wear? Nothing that stands out too vastly.
I look through the clothing rack, and I find a beautiful red hood.
