A strange sound startled you out of sleep and as you rubbed your eyes, you noticed a bright, swirling light had appeared in the center of your room, blocking your only exit. You felt yourself being pulled towards the lights and even though you tried desperately to grab onto your bed frame, or literally anything, it was no use as the pull from the swirling light started to sway your balance. The whisps grabbed at your arms, slithering out of the swirls grasping onto anything they could reach. As they moved to your legs, you felt a weightlessness as your whole body struggled to get back in control of your movements. Panicking, you struggled against the pulling and tried to get your footing. A scream was caught in your throat as you felt a hard snap in the ropey grasp of the white whisps as it pulled you into the white void.

When you opened your eyes, you were floating. The area that surrounded you (that you could see) was pure milky white. Every time you tried to look down your body went stiff, and you were forced to look forward again. It felt like you were about to be sick, but you also felt warm and fuzzy and safe all at the same time. Your efforts to scream or talk or do anything were in vain, but as you laid there, frozen in the void, an idea popped into your head. Something told you to just sit and listen to your surroundings, to figure out if you could hear anything that you weren't able to see. You closed your eyes and focused on trying to listen for anything or anyone. Maybe once you opened your eyes, you would be back in your bed, safe and sound, and all of this would have been some weird out of body dream.

As you focused, the sounds of muffled yells and banging could be heard. The noises got louder, and you felt like you were falling. A dark spot in your peripheral vison caught your eye and as the spot got closer, you managed to turn over and look beneath you. The stiffness of your body had finally gone away but that did nothing to stop the fear form shooting through you. You felt your heart race as the dark dot that you had first noticed as a small circle was getting bigger and bigger and before you could brace yourself, you felt the white void's pull on you slip away throwing you into something solid. The impact knocked the wind out of you, causing black spots to appear in the corners of your eyes and the sound of shouts only made your head dizzy. For a split second everything was distant and surreal. Once you felt like it wouldn't kill you, you tried to stand up only to feel a rope wrap around your ankle hoisting you up before you could even let out a scream.

You looked to your leg, following the glowing blue rope to the large metal spider-like thing that it seemed to come out from. Shock racked through your bones as you tried to scream, struggling in the spider's grasp. It began pulling you closer towards itself the more you wiggled and while you wanted to stop yourself from moving in hopes it would let you go, fear wouldn't let you. Flight was completely motivating every thought you had and move you made. A sharp cry let out from your lungs as the ground beneath you fell away, the spider tossed you over the railing of a high up platform with ease.

Even though you were upside down, the situation in front of you was clear and you were able to get a clearer view of the situation that was unveiled in front of you. The building that surrounded you was a warehouse of some sort, with tall walls and large square windows near the tops (that you wished you could escape through).

"Hello there." Your gaze shifted downwards to a man standing below you. His hair was stringy and seemed to be coated in sweat. You took notice of his giant robot arm and a smile that was plastered on his face. A smile that was full of malice and hunger. You winced back at his power-hungry leer.

"I almost can't believe it worked." His voice was low and raspy as he turned and yelled at someone you couldn't see. "Oh Ranger Malto, I not only have your pet monster but now a helpless innocent human. The stakes are higher. Keep hiding and your overgrown robot attack dog won't be the only one armless." You shuddered at the statement as another voice called out for "Dorothy" to keep hiding.
You glanced over to the source of the booming voice to see a giant robot strapped down in a giant robot-sized chair. It was Silver and looked vaguely human in shape. Your eyes studied the figure until your head started to hurt from the blood rushing to the top of your head.
