Xanthi and I walked back in the hospitality after a short walk around the paddock and eating ice cream.

Lando and Max were still sitting in the hospitality, but he got up just when Xanthi and I walked in.

Lando smiled at us, probably only at Xanthi though, walked up to us and put his hand around my waist.

"I have to go to the garage, practice is about to start" he kind of whispered in my ear. Why did he whisper?

"Okay, can I come?"

"Yeah sure you can" he let his hand fall down my waist and grabbed my hand, turned his head back to Max and Xanthi. "Are you coming too?"

"Yeah we are" Max replied and followed us to the garage.

"You okay?" Lando asked quietly.

"Yeah I am, are you?"

He just nodded.

But I don't really think he was fine. He just saw his demon walk in the hospitality. She was probably gonna be around us all weekend.

I don't think he was quite prepared for that.

And unfortunately, neither was I.

"So you have one hour to explain everything" I said as laid down in bed and looked up at Lando who just walked out of the bathroom.

He was only wearing his boxers. His tanned chest was definitely something I liked the most about him.

Or maybe his arms, the veins in his arms were visible most of the time and it was absolutely sexy.

Or maybe his hair, his curls. When we had sex I often put my hands through his hair, and it was so soft.

No, definitely his handsome but still cute looking face.

"What do I have to explain?" He shook me out of my thoughts. "Xanthi is dating Max and Max is my best friend, since we were young"

"And you have a picture of Xanthi in your living room, so she is the girl you can't get over"

He clenched his teeth as he looked at me. He probably forget that I saw the picture, forgot what he said about her.

But I sure didn't forget.

"Look, Xanthi and I had a thing before she started dating Max" he said as he sat down on the edge of the bed. "And yeah, it's hard to get over her"

"So you and her had a thing, but she said she was happy for you because you've been through a lot" I said. "What did she mean by that?"

"After Xanthi, my ex came back, she fucked me over, messed me up" he looked down, bit his lower lip. "But that's another story, this isn't about her"

No, this was clearly about Xanthi.

"Does Max know?"

"No" he quickly said. "He can't know okay? No one can for that matter"

I sighed, laid down on the bed even more and looked up at the ceiling. "I agreed to this for one weekend Lando, but I can't keep doing this"

"I know, I just didn't know what to say" he sighed as well, crawled next to me in bed. "We will just break up after this weekend"

"Oh yeah?" I turned my head to him. "You wanna break up with me huh?" I chuckled.

"Oh yeah definitely" he smirked. "We will realize that we don't like each other that much anyways"

"So no sex anymore?" I pouted.

He turned to me and the smirk on his face revealed his answer already. "Oh we are absolutely still gonna have sex"

He crawled on top of me, pressed his lips against mine. He slowly undressed me, kissed my entire body.

He was good at this, good at making me horny.

And just like every time we had sex, he had his eyes closed. He wasn't thinking about me, but now I knew who he was thinking about.

He was thinking about Xanthi.

He was thinking about his best friend's girlfriend.
