Shiver's POV

Shiver: (Maybe I should've gotten the miso instead..)

As I set foot outside the restaraunt I glance down to the plastic bag in my hand when a large shadow is casted over me.

Shiver: (?)

I look up in confusion—

WHAM

Something, or someone, crashes into me causing my precious ramen to go flying !

Shiver: Hey !.. Hellooo !... Get your ass up !

Pinned beneath them I shout to grab their attention but my words fall on death ears as they seem to be totally out of it. Eventually, the realize what's going on and scramble to their feet

???: Yo, I'm so sorry. I was super jumping and wasn't paying attention

Shiver: It's fine (Jackass..)

With an internal sigh I grab the plastic bag containing my ruined meal.  After tossing it into the trash the inkling tries to talk to me again.

???: Yo, my fault. I'll buy you another bowl

I pull my hood flush to my face as I stop to talk

Shiver: That won't be necessary (I'll buy another bowl I guess)

Y/N: I feel bad though, I fucked your food up. I was boutta eat here anyway

My eyes probe the inkling before I  respond

Shiver: (He does seem genuine. And he's got a pretty face) ....Well, since you're so persistent

Hostess: Welcome to Ramen Sumamato. Table for two ?

???: Nah, can I place a to go ord—

Shiver: Could we have that table in the back corner (He might be just what I need..)

Hostess: So, you're dining in this afternoon ?

I glance over at the table I requested

Shiver: (The less noticeable the better)

Y/N: Uh, yeah

Shiver: ( I'm sure Utsuho [Frye] and Mantaro [Big Man] won't mind)

When we sit down I take the seat facing the wall just to be safe

???: What's up with the hood ?

Shiver: (Feeling suspicious ?) Ah, I'm a bit shy. I don't like when people look at me. Is that a problem ? (Not sure if I want you know, yet)

???: Not really, I was just wondering

Shiver: (A bit too unwary...)

We talk while we wait for our food to arrive and I get a good read on him

The moment we exit the restaurant I pull him away from any prying eyes

I lower my hood revealing my true identity to the inkling

It was a bit too anti-climatic for my liking

I step closer and shoot him a sultry look

Shiver: What's your name, little ika ?

Y/N: Y/N

Shiver: Swing by the studio

Y/N: For real ?

Shiver: Mhm. You're gonna join me on Anarchy Splatcast

Y/N: Is that how you ask ?

Shiver: I don't think I need to, right ?

Standing centimeters apart, I push the hilt of my fan against his chin

Shiver: I'm serious

I summon my shark to give the little ika a little spook. He lets out a startled exclamation as my megalodon peaks his head out

While he's distracted by Master I exit

A/N: I wanted to give a short inside look into Shiver, and why she chose to interact with Y/N . In the previous versions it was just cause "plot" but I feel like that was too convenient. She just genuinely took an interest and I wanted to show that
