Today was a special day for Mario and Luigi. No they weren't making spaghetti for the millionth time this week. It was the day their younger counterparts, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi were coming for a visit. Smg4, Smg3, Meggy, Tari, and Melony all dropped by for the arrival. "Can you believe the babies are coming?" Meggy excitedly asked. She had a great time when she and Baby Mario had fun painting together. "You must be so excited to see them again? Four mentioned to Luigi. Mario clapped his hands and cheered "Are they here yet? Mario wants to see the babies! Where are they!?"

Before Mario could explode from lack of patience, a stork came bag, dropping a blanket with two babies in it. Luigi caught it and Mario waved bye to the bird. "Thank you! Mario will pay you with Luigi's credit card!" There wasn't actually any payment necessary since this was just a occasional visit and ways of travel were...intresting. Luigi lifted one side of the blanket and a Baby Mario yawned, sucking his finger. "Awwwww" Everyone squealed. Mario then pointed and said "Hey! Mario doesn't suck his thumb like a little baby!"

Luigi lifted another side of the blanket and Baby Luigi yawned. "Two? That's two times the amounts of fun Mario can have! This is the best day ever!" He then screamed "We need to celebrate with their favorite food, spaghetti!" That's when Luigi went into parent mode as he jerked back and said "Shhh Mario. The babies are trying to sleep."

"But Mario was just-"

"Shhhhh."

"But-"

"SHHHHH."

Mario wasn't going to let that discourage him as he snuck up behind Luigi and whispered "Happy happy day for you and you today!" Luigi gave him a nangry stare and kicked him off into the sky. Meggy then asked "Hey Luigi. How do you both have younger counterparts of yourself? Isn't that what you looked like when you were kids?"

He nodded and said "Oh yeah. We were, but when we needed some younger characters for specific episodes, we just resorted to baby Nintendo characters. Uh...that makes sense right." Three chuckled and said "Well if this guy is just as much as a scaredy cat as you then you'll have to be on high alert." Smg4 nodded and said "Be careful around Baby Mario too. He's got the same amount of cravings as his older self."

Case in point, Mario popped up next to Luigi again (how did he get back so fast) and held up a cake. "Mario stole this from Peach! Now let's dig in!" Luigi splashed the cake right in his brother's face and waved his finger around the babies to get them giggling. This was going to be one heck of a visit.

Luigi was busy at work in the kitchen while Mario was playing with the twins. He tried offering cake again, but the two ganged up on him and tackled him to the ground. "HAHAHAHAH! Stop! Mario's ticklish! Noooooo!" Luigi sweetly smiled seeing the three of them getting along so well. Mario got up and asked the babies "Are you ready for your most favorite game in the world!"

He went behind the door to the bedroom and starting singing in a playful voice "Where's Mario? Here he is! Where's Mario? Here he is! Where's Mario? Here is is!" The babies laughed their heads off and Mario kept the same shtick going for a while until he got bored and said "Let's make funny noises instead!" He demonstrated by blowing a raspberry and spit all in their faces.

"Is everything alright Mario? Do they need a diaper change?" Mario shrugged it off. "Yeah right. How often do these kids go anyway?" He held up Baby Mario when a really bad smell hit his nose. "EWWWW! Luigi help!" His brother came to the rescue as he took the babies over to a small changing table he set up with some fresh diapers in hand. In a jiffy, they were fresh and clean.

Luigi washed his hands after that and asked "Now who's hungry?" Mario ran over to the table and shouted "MARIO IS! MARIO IS!" Luigi gave him the usual and fed the babies bottles in their high chairs. Mario finished his plate in under three seconds, but got bored waiting for the kids to finish.
