Hunter stood behind the bar with a pint glass in one hand and a once white cloth in her other, glaring at a man sat nearby at a circle table, swooning over a woman sat opposite to him, telling humourless jokes.
"Who's head are you trying to blow up now?" A voice asked, snapping Hunter out of her trance. Turning around, ready to possibly shatter whoever just spoke to her, glass in their hand.
"I would love to keep my hand" He shrugged.
Hunter rolled her eyes. A common customer, who really only came to see Hunter and get free drinks, Peter Maximoff grinned. Although, he didn't come as far as much as Logan did- and he was a regular.
"I wasn't trying to blow his head- you know what, never mind. What do I owe the pleasure Peter?" Hunter denied, shaking her head.
"How about a drink?" Peter responded with a smile, slumping down on the bar stool.
"I'm gonna start charging you for these you know." Hunter told him, placing the pint of coke on the table Infront of him.
"I'm still broke" He said as he raised the glass to his lips.
"Of course" Hunter said, rolling her eyes again.
Beside Peter, a gruff man with a cigar in his hand sat on the bar stool with a groan.
"The usual Logan?" Hunter asked with a slight smirk, picking up a pint glass and filling it up. Turning around slowly, Hunter noticed that Peter was making any attempt that he could to talk to Logan in his way of 'being a proper man.' Shaking her head quickly, she gave Peter a death stare.
"Rough day?" Hunter asked, placing the pint down on the table with a slight splosh.
Looking up, Logan nodded and took a big gulp of his drink. Peter looked at the older man next to him in amazement. "What's up with you, TV eyes?"
With a slight flick of her right index finger, Peter's head snapped downwards as his shoelaces tied themselves around the bar stool next to him, that would keep him busy for a while.
"Ignore him" Hunter said as she rolled her shoulders, directing her attention back to Logan who had already finished his pint. Taking it, Hunter filled up his drink again. As she turned back around, two men stood next to Logan. It wasn't the first time people turned up to attack him.
"Excuse me, I'm Erik Lensherr" The man on the right said.
"Charles Xavier" The man on the left said with a smile.
"Go fuck yourself" Logan said with a grunt, taking a drag of his cigar.
Both Charles and Erik looked at each other with a smile and began to walk out. Before they left, Charles turned back around and smirked at Hunter. "How would you like to join a group?"
