Alastor materialized within the dimly lit confines of his radio tower, the familiar scent of old electronics and smoke enveloping him. He took a moment to collect himself, the whispers of Hell still echoing in his mind.

As he descended the winding staircase, a figure emerged from the shadows. Nifty, his trusted friend and confidant, approached him with a concerned expression.

"Alastor, thank the devil you're back! Charlie's been searching everywhere for you."

Alastor's gaze narrowed. "What did she say?"

"Not much, but she's worried sick. You know how she gets when you vanish without a word."

With a nod, Alastor made his way to the lobby, Nifty by his side. As they entered, the warm glow of the chandeliers and the murmur of conversation enveloped them.

Charlie, Vaggie, and Angel Dust waited anxiously, their eyes locking onto Alastor's arrival. Charlie rushed toward him, her expression a mix of relief and concern.

"Alastor, where have you been? You just disappeared!" She says.

Alastor's smile was enigmatic. "Just attending to some...business, my dear."

Charlie's eyes narrowed. "What kind of business?"

Alastor's gaze drifted away, his jaw clenched. "Not now, Charlie. Let's just say it's taken care of."

The tension between them was palpable, but Alastor's secrets remained locked behind his piercing gaze.

Vaggie and Angel Dust exchanged knowing glances, sensing the unspoken words.

"Stab, stab, stab!" Nifty screamed as she scurried around the lobby.

After a few minutes she turns around slowly with a large grin on her face, holding up the dead roach proudly, making everyone laugh.

The groups laughter eased the tension, but Charlie's eyes still held a hint of suspicion.

As they gathered around Alastor, welcoming him back, he knew he had to maintain his secrets, no matter the cost.

Little did he know, the shadows were watching, waiting for their next opportunity to strike.

Charlie's gaze lingered on Alastor, her mind racing with questions. What had he been doing? And why was he being so evasive?

Alastor's smile seemed to hide a thousand secrets, and Charlie was determined to uncover them.

For now, she'd play along, but her eyes never left him, searching for any hint of the truth.

The group's chatter and laughter filled the lobby, but beneath the surface, tensions simmered, waiting to boil over.
