11. The investigation

"Alright we have everything set up now."
Impulse announced.

Jimmy nodded and looked at the stuff that was placed all round the living room.
"Uh...so what am I supposed to do?"
He turned his head.

"Just go round, touch stuff."Impulse explained.

".. Okay?"

"Wait I need to take the photo!" Skizz said running with camera.

Jimmy step back so now he was standing next to Tango.
He smiled as Skizz took the photos of two of them.

" Not a Phantom." He said and handed the polaroid photo to Tango.

It was himself and Jimmy... t̶h̶e̶i̶r̶ f̶i̶r̶s̶t̶ p̶h̶o̶t̶o̶.

Zed clap his hands."Alright then let's move to the more interesting stuff!"

There was a weird thing called the spirit box and Jimmy really tried to speak to it but in the end it didn't work.

Impulse set up a few cameras and a loud green lasery thing?
He said it to see dots and orbs even though Jimmy was pretty sure he didn't have any.

"We need to make sure Jiggles!" Skizz said, he also give him a nickname -Jiggels. Tango explained to him that it was just a Skizz thing.

"What's next on the list?"

"We haven't checked, writing, UV, temps, emf and that should be it."
Impulse looked at the paper sheet they had. It should show the type of ghost, Jimmy didn't understand really what it does but they were the experts and Tango trusted them and so did he.

"I'll check temps" Skizz ran towards the thermometer.

"Jimmy catch this!" Zed throw a pan at him. A freaking pan from Tango's kitchen.

Jimmy touched it but it fell on the floor with a loud bang.

Zed took out his pocket a purple gloving stick. He placed it next to the pan, a glowing bluish fingers appeared on it.

"We have UV! "Zed yelled , jumping up and nearly hitting Tango with the UV stick.

Impulse nodded, writing it down.
And not long later Skizz yelled 'Freezing temps! Freezing temps!'
So Impulse write it too.

"Alright so it lefts writing and EMF.
Impulse went to the coffee table and pick something up. It looked like a TV controller with too many lights.

He turned it on and pointed it at Jimmy. And immediately started making noises and the lights flicker to red.

"We got EMF 5 everyone!"
Impulse announced.

"Now excuse us for a moment"
Skizz and Zedaph came to him and after a few words and Zed doodling something they returned to the kitchen where Tango and Jimmy were talking.

Tango was first ti notice them. He looked up at his friends.
"So?"

"Jimmy is a Jinn." Skizz said.

"Right... which means?"
Neither Jimmy or Tango had any idea what that supposed to mean.

" It's a ghost who likes light, is stronger when the breaker is on and it's capable of turning it off." Zed explained. He showed a small doodles of ghost - Jimmy if Tango had to guess -.

"Alright... But why exactly you need to do this stuff?" Jimmy ask.

"Incase of hunt.. not that you aggressive ghost."

" Just to be safe, if something accidentally or not anger you."

Jimmy nodded, he understood.. most of it at least.
