1 finely chopped onion
5 finely chopped celery
1 Bag of Apples chopped
2 cans of Apple Pie filling
3 cans pumpkin puree
Handful of cubed chicken broth
1 big box of heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 bags brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Powdered pumpkin spice
Everything can go into the Nesco. Let it cook at 250 for an hour or two then move heat up to 350 degrees when ready to serve. It is a simple recipe to enjoy and measure however you like. I make big batches because this is my favorite soup.
