"She is a storm wrapped in skin, a living nightmare I can't outrun. Her touch is chaos, her breath, a whisper of destruction. I fear her, yet I'm drawn to the darkness she brings—helpless against the pull of the abyss she embodies."

—Taehyung

**Taehyung's POV**

The door clicked shut behind us, the sound echoing through the vast, empty hallway of the mansion. The warmth and familiarity of the place usually brought a sense of relief, but tonight, it felt different—distant, almost hollow. Jungkook was still gripping my sleeve, his knuckles white, as if letting go would pull him back into the nightmare we’d just escaped.

We didn’t get far before the others appeared, their faces etched with worry. Jin was the first to reach us, his gaze shifting between Jungkook and me, trying to assess the situation.

"What happened? Are you guys okay?" Jin’s voice was tight with concern as he scanned us for any visible injuries.

Jungkook opened his mouth, but the words seemed to catch in his throat. His eyes were wide, still haunted by the horrors we’d witnessed. His grip on my sleeve tightened even more, and I could feel his body trembling next to mine.

I wanted to say something, anything, to reassure them, but my own voice felt trapped. My head pounded, each heartbeat sending a sharp, pulsing pain through my skull. It was as if my body was struggling to process everything, to make sense of the chaos that had unfolded.

“She’s not human… she’s a fucking monster.” The thought kept looping in my mind, drowning out everything else. I tried to push it away, to focus on the moment, but it was impossible. Every time I blinked, I saw her—Venom, her eyes cold and unfeeling, surrounded by blood and death.

"Jungkook," Namjoon’s calm voice broke through the fog in my mind. "Take a deep breath. We’re here now. Just tell us what happened."

Jungkook inhaled shakily, forcing himself to calm down enough to speak. His voice was small and trembled with every word. “We… we were attacked. These men, they—they came out of nowhere.

The room fell into a stunned silence. Even Yoongi, who rarely showed much emotion, looked shocked. Their eyes flicked to me, waiting for confirmation, for some kind of explanation.

Jungkook nodded slowly, his grip on my arm finally loosening. “It was so fast, hyung.

“Taehyung -hyung ...they almost got him
If they weren't there we would have been dead by now”

I could see the fear in his eyes, the way his hands shook as he recalled the events. He was trying so hard to be strong, to hold it together, but I could see him unraveling with every word.

Namjoon hyung reached out, placing a steadying hand on Jungkook’s shoulder. “You’re safe now, Kook. We’re here, okay?”

Jungkook nodded again, but I could see the tears welling up in his eyes, threatening to spill over. My heart twisted at the sight. He was always the strong one, the one who held us together when things got tough. Seeing him like this—so scared, so vulnerable—was almost too much to bear.

Before anyone could respond, Jin hyung pulled Jungkook into a tight embrace, holding him close as the younger boy finally let the tears fall. “You’re okay now. You’re safe that matters to us”.

As Jin held Jungkook, the rest of the members moved in, surrounding them in a protective circle. They were all there—Jimin with his soft, reassuring words, Yoongi with his quiet strength, Namjoon with his steady presence, and Hobi with his comforting smile, despite the worry in his eyes.
