Teacher: Alright class, that's it for today. Remember, we have a test next week so make sure to study. Y/n, are you sure you don't need a chance to catch up?

Y/n: Nope. All good here ma'am.

Teacher: Okay then. See you all on Monday. Class dismissed.

Everyone put their things away before walking out. It was lunchtime, so I had 30 minutes to recharge before the next class. I was planning to head somewhere secluded to go over my plans for the whole break so I could make adjustments in peace. As I walked down the hall, I saw all the students laughing with their friends. I sighed, knowing I was robbed of a normal life before I could walk. Maybe once I carried out my revenge I could finally be at peace. My daydreaming was cut short when someone walked into me, knocking my bag out of my hand.

???: Sorry about that. I should've paid more attention.

I looked at the person and my eyes widened. Standing before me was a girl, but not just any girl. She might have been one of the most gorgeous girls I'd ever seen.

???: Are you alright? I didn't hit you too hard, did I?

???: Are you alright? I didn't hit you too hard, did I?

She let out a giggle at that last part. I caught myself starting to smile but stopped before it could get that far.

Y/n: You're good.

???: Ah, that's great to hear. Say, are you new? I haven't seen you before.

Y/n: Yeah. I started a couple of days ago.

???: What's your name?

Y/n: Y/n.

???: Well Y/n, I'm Akeno. Nice to meet you.

Y/n: You as well.

Akeno: I was on my way to a meeting with my club president. Care to tag along?

Y/n: I would, but I'm in a rush.

Akeno: Aw, not even for a little bit?

The longer I stared into her eyes, the more I felt myself becoming detached from reality. Her gaze was alluring.

Y/n(sighs): I guess I can spare a few minutes. Lead the way.

Akeno: Great. Just follow me.

I slung my bag over my shoulder and followed the raven-haired beauty. Many students stared as she walked past and were equally surprised to see me following her. She must have been one of the popular students. I'd dealt with a few before, back when I was living with my foster family. Most were the stereotypical douchebag jock or stuck-up rich girl, but there was always one or two that were alright and this girl seemed to be one of them. We eventually left the building and passed the sports facilities. I began to question where she was taking me when I saw it. A rundown building on the edge of the property. It didn't have vines or brush surrounding it like one would expect of an abandoned building, but it was old. I couldn't fathom why a high school club would hold meetings here of all places.
