ROWAN STOOD ALONE in the ivy. a small rag hung on her shoulder. rowans fingers tapped repeatedly against the metal counter.
quinn was no where to be seen. it was a tuesday afternoon, and quinn would've just been in the ivy— but she wasn't.
when rowan got to the ivy, the door was closed. locked.
she was supposed to be serving right now, but she didn't feel like it. she had just lost her best friend. the one she didn't expect to be gone any time soon.
she thought for a second, fingers still tapping on the surface.
she felt she couldn't apologise to molly. it wasn't her fault. rowan was pulled from her head when she felt her phone vibrate against her hip— in her pocket.
she pulled it out, and saw quinn's name pop up on the home screen. she pressed the messages icon.
