❝WHERE'S WILLS?❝
A small smile appeared on Willow's lips as she approached Miguel's hospital room and could already hear his voice, which she really missed. When the other day came, the first thing the girl could do was get ready and then force her father to drive her to the hospital, which he did after some time of complaining. Guess Willow still had the convincing abilityin herself.
"I'm here," she whispered as soon as she stood in the door frame and saw the Diaz boy along with Carmen, who had a warm smile on her face. "Hey, Carmen,"
"Hi, Willow,"
When Miguel heard the girl's voice, his head snapped towards her, and a sigh of relief escaped his lips. Carmen stood up from the seat and whispered something to the boy before leaving the two alone. With that, Willow didn't waste any more time and walked towards the boy, then closed him in a tight hug that only showed how much she missed him.
"Wills, I can't breathe," he muttered after a minute, and she slowly pulled away, understanding what he meant. She nodded her head slightly, and sat on the chair next to his bed, still unable to hide the smile on her lips. She was really glad that Miguel Diaz was back.
"Sorry, I just — I missed," she explained with a shrug, and then her eyes moved to the desk that was filled with the very familiar pieces of paper. He wasn't kidding. He really saw the letters.
"I missed you too. How was everything?" he asked, and Willow bit her cheek, not knowing where to start. A lot of things changed past these two weeks.
