It was a quiet night in cabin. Preston had just gone to bed leaving Pacifica in the living room alone. The fireplace was the only thing illuminating it. The creaky wood silenced as Preston made it to his bed. Sitting on the couch alone Pacifica thought. Those nights. The nights where she got rid of the triangle imaging her room. It was Bill Cypher. The one that made her wear a potato sack.
"How did I know to get rid of it? What was it? Why did WE have it?!" Pacific thought aloud.
After the Northwest's lost their fortune they moved to this cabin, they were still noticeably richer than the towns folk but no where near their previous status. The Northwest's had been clinging on to their reputation and public image as if it was the only thing they had left.
So Pacifica sat in a room she hadn't spent much time in alone. She didn't know anything about this house or the place where it was. Everything was scaring her. She decided she needed to learn of the surrounding area and her parents would never let her leave she snook out to explore.
"Wow, never knew that there was stream right behind the house!" Pacifica said.
As she continued through the forest getting deeper she discovered a faint glow in the distance. She followed it, it became bigger. A big ball of red light. And in it was The Book of Bill.
"Howdy Pacifica! I think you know me, but I think we should do a deep dive so you could understand me! You see I'm just like you!" The words appeared on the first page after notes from StanFord.
"What? Is this?" Pacifica asked.
"I'm your ticket to regain everything you lost!"
"No, no. I I no! This feeling that we did this before. Dipper. Mabel. They're in trouble!" Pacifica shouted.
"No no calm down! That was last time!"
"Last time?" Pacifica asked.
"Yes I invaded your dreams and tried to make a deal with you to destroy them."
"What?!" Pacifica yelled.
"Listen kid, do you want your status back?"
"I'll never! The only one that cares about status or my parents. No, Dipper and Mabel helped me! You you took all that away not them!" Pacifica exclaimed, "Wait this is a book. A book! I can just close it!"
"Wait don't clo-"
And with that the book was closed. Pacifica threw it onto the ground and ran back to her home. Hoping to never see that thing again.
The Book sat there in the forest. Bill had failed once again to make a deal with Pacifica. It floated up and in a flash red light it was gone, ready to trick its next victim.
