Srishti's pov

"Wait" my sister stopped me when I was leaving.

"Rishi, my wallet" she asked her husband.

Rishi put his hand in his pocket, took out her wallet and handed it over to her.

Someone is head over heels for her. I knew I made the right decision telling him her secret. I just hope she doesn't find out it was me who told him.

She took out a debit card and forwarded it to me.

"Here, take this. Use the money mindfully" she said. I took the card and set out.

A few of the guards helped me carry my luggage.

We reached the airport.

There was this huge flight in front of me.

Damn! Don't tell me I will travel in that. One thing from my bucket list is struck off today.

I got in excitedly. It was very huge and the interior was just amazing. I would live there twenty-four by seven if I had the option.

I sat down in the seat the flight attendant showed me. Marcus sat opposite me.

After a few minutes, the flight took off.

I was waiting for him to start a conversation but I guess his lips were stapled.

"So, what do I call you?" I asked him breaking the annoying silence.

"Marcus," he said.

"What is your brother's name?"

"Arthur."

"What kind of a person is your brother?"

"Bad."

"What do you think you are doing?" I asked getting annoyed with his behaviour.

A person is trying to have a conversation with him but he is being a jerk giving single-word answers.

He raised his eyebrows asking me to elaborate.

"Never mind," I said and got busy with my phone.

After a while, I put my phone down and slept since we had fifteen more hours to reach there.

After a peaceful nap, I woke up. I didn't find Marcus there, I looked around and no one was there.

I pressed the help button on the armrest, and a flight attendant immediately came.

"How much longer till we arrive?" I asked.

"Three more hours mam" she responded.

"Where is the man who was sitting here?"

"Sir is sleeping in the room."

"You have beds in here?"

"Yes mam," she said.

I felt dejected. Why wasn't I informed earlier about it? I had to sleep on this not-so-uncomfortable seat while he slept on the bed.

I agree the seat was comfortable but a bed is a bed.

"Anything else mam" she asked.

"No I am good," I said and she left.

The flight attendant got me an Indian meal. I ate it and relaxed for some time before exploring the flight.

Everything in the flight screamed perfection. Black and gold was the colour theme I guess, those are the only two colours I could see.

The pilot announced the landing of the flight, I rushed back to my seat and found Marcus sitting there.
