~~Arthur's PoV~~
I changed my clothes and went back into the room she was sleeping in.
The female staff changed her clothes and exited the room.
She was trembling, of course, she would. She consumed Aphrodite.
I wonder what kind of obsession she has with doing things I tell her not to do.
She probably won't remember any of it tomorrow.
She was sneezing.
Ahh! Such a headache.
It's better if we leave for home. There is no proper heating in this room.
I asked Paul to get jackets. I made her wear two jackets and covered her in a blanket. I picked her up and took her home.
These days, she has made it my job to carry her around.
I lay her on the bed and turned up the temperature in the room.
I slept on the sofa in the room. It's not the most comfortable place but sleepable.
(Next morning)
I woke up.
I went into the closet to get my clothes to freshen up.
I slid the glass door. There were women's clothes there.
I slid the door further and found my clothes. I noticed a few of my shirts missing, it must be her doing.
I took my blazer out. I have to go on a site inspection today.
I freshened up and went to check up on her.
She was already awake and rolling on the bed. Did she hit her head?
"What are you doing?" I asked her.
"Trying not to kill you," she screamed at me and stopped rolling.
"What did I do?" I asked. Is this what I get for going through all that trouble last night? Unbelievable.
I ignored her and went towards my room door.
"Did you change my clothes?" she asked.
"No," I replied and held the door knob.
"Liar," she yelled.
Liar? How dare she?
"Are you accusing me?" I turned around.
"Yes," she looked angry.
Angry for what? For helping her? How could she even think of accusing me of such a thing?
I never touched her without consent. Many things could have gone wrong last night if it were some other guy and not me.
"You don't remember last night," I questioned. She remained silent. Her silence gave me the answer.
"Should I remind you?" Anger was building up in me.
She held her head with both her hands.
I left the room. She better not come in front of my eyes if she wants to stay alive.
I directly went to my study. We still have time left for breakfast.
On my way to my study, I saw flower bouquets in the hallway.
"What are these, Andrew?"
"They are for young lady Rebecca from Damien Bianchi," he said.
I wonder why he is doing this. What is he trying to achieve? Unless thing.
