Arthur left the hall with Srishti in his arms to the medical room.

"The way you talked just now, don't do it again," Marcus sternly warned Rebecca.

"Then don't get my hopes up. When you know you can't do anything to help, you say nothing," Rebecca retorted.

"Forget it. There is no point in arguing with you," Marcus said. He moved out of the hall, leaving Rebecca and Enzo alone in the hall.

(Next day)

Everyone had their breakfast. Srishti pretended like nothing had happened between them yesterday. She completely ignored him.

Arthur also didn't speak a word about that incident.

"Get changed. We will leave in an hour," Rebecca told Srishti while they were leaving for their respective rooms.

"What do I wear?" Srishti asked.

"Anything you like," Rebecca said.

Srishti looked hesitant to ask Rebecca for help with the outfit selection.

"You have something to ask?" Rebecca took the initiative, seeing her hesitate.

"What are you wearing?" Srishti asked.

"Hoodie and shorts," she replied.

"Don't you have a date today," Srishti asked.

"More of a reason I should underdress," Rebecca smirked.

"Can you suggest me an outfit," Srishti finally asked her.

"Sure," Rebecca said excitedly.

"Let's go," Srishti held Rebecca's hand and dragged her to the elevator.

"I can't," Rebecca said. Srishti was disheartened. She assumed that Rebecca had changed her mind.

"Why?"

"No one except brother and you, are allowed on the second floor," Rebecca said. The second floor was off-limit to others.

"What do we do now?" Srishti was thinking of another way.

"I can lend you my clothes." Rebecca gave her a solution. Rebecca and Srishti had almost the same body types.

"Thank you." Srishti thanked her. Rebecca took Srishti to her room. They went inside her closet, which was very huge.

"It's huge" Srishti was stunned by the size of her closet.

"I have another room dedicated only to my clothes. It is just a small fraction of the clothes I own," Rebecca said, going through the clothes to select a suitable outfit for Srishti.

Srishti was busy admiring the closet. She loved the design and colour combination. The closet in her room was bland, and it had no special design.

"I love wasting my brother's money," Rebecca joked. Srishti laughed.

"So, conservative or bold?" Rebecca asked her.

"Casual please," Srishti told her.

"How about this skirt and his top? You can pair it with black heels or you can wear this dress and pair it with white heels" Rebecca gave her suggestions.

Srishti looked at both the options. She liked the skirt and the top better.

"I will go with the first one," she said, and Rebecca handed over the clothes to her.

She took the clothes from Rebecca and headed over to her room.

She went out of the room but didn't find Paul anywhere. She waited for around five minutes and decided to leave without him, seeing no sign of him coming. She took the help of another guard to open the elevator.
